Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed during July and August.

Amazing classical finca on a huge property in the hills. The pool and outdoor spaces made it great for a big group of friends during summer. For the price, it would have been nice if some more basic amenities were included, eg chopping boards, oil, salt and pepper and extra toilet paper. The fuse box was also locked which meant we could not fix the power outage ourselves, but the host came in 15 minutes to do it for us which was good. All in all - a beautiful house in a great location to explore the island!

Really liked the different areas and seating possibilities outside. Pool area, ping pong area and seating area with a roof. Barbecue spot is also nice. Some kitchen utensils could be added like cutting boards and sharper knives. All in all we liked the stay a lot!

Très belle et grande maison, bien équipée et située. Propreté irréprochable. Fidèle aux photos. Au calme mais permettant de rejoindre le centre de Palma rapidement. Communication facile. Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie hält sehr viel Platz bereit, um als Familie oder Gruppe von Freunden einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Teilweise fühlt man sich wie auf einer Plantage, Mandelbäume, Feigen, Zitronenbäume etc. etc. Die Küche hält alles bereit was man braucht. Die drei Bäder sind angemessen geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben die Wohnräume kaum genutzt, da sich alles draußen abspielte. Der Pool ist sauber und schön groß. Da teilweise über zwei Meter tief auch zum Schwimmen gut geeignet. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Holzkohlengrill. Es macht Spaß ihn zum BBQ zu nutzen. Zumal die Besitzer freundlicherweise die Erstausstattung Holzkohle bereitgestellt haben. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern funktioniert zuverlässig und effizient. Die Eigentümer berechnen den Strom dafür extra, was unter den aktuellen Energiekosten mehr als verständlich ist. Wichtig, bei Anreise einen Termin mit der Eigentümerin vereinbaren, damit sie die Klimaanlage scharf schaltet. Alles in allem ein schönes Feriendomizil. (PS: Euer Mietwagen sollte wenigstens etwas Geländegängigkeit besitzen.)
