Chapung Sebali Resort

Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good mix of relaxation, whilst also being close enough to the centre of Ubud (there is a free shuttle that drops off and picks up hotel guests). No real issues with our stay. If I was being picky, then perhaps more diverse breakfast options and better placed plug sockets in the room near bed. I stayed here for my honeymoon and both my wife and I had a wonderful time. The staff go above and beyond to deal with any queries and enjoyed the swift WhatsApp communication. We even extended our trip by an extra day! I would encourage anyone on a honeymoon to consider this hotel as an option and enquire about the honeymoon package :)

We stayed at Chapung Sebali in a two-bedroom villa, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable — perfect for a family with children aged 5, 9, and 13. The layout gave us both privacy and togetherness, and everything felt very well thought out for a family stay. The private pool was a real highlight — large, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our children loved it, and we enjoyed spending quality time there together. Breakfast and food overall were excellent — fresh, tasty, and well presented, with a great variety to suit both adults and kids. Every meal we had was delicious. The service was outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ready to help with a smile and making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Chapung Sebali is a perfect choice for families looking for luxury, comfort, nature, and exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our time there and would happily return.
