- relatively big rooms with some storage space and surfaces - friendly and helpful staff - very nice elevated walk to Hanshin Amagasaki station (not JR Amagasaki), easy access from there to Kobe and Osaka - no big supermarket nearby, but plenty of convenience stores, front desk will microwave your foods if necessary - mechanical keys, old carpets, old furniture, shower in the bathtub - whole hotel is old and in dire need of renovation - lobby is nice and big but weirdly empty, no proper sitting opportunities

チェックインの手続きはスムーズでした。ただ、対応されたスタッフの方がかなり事務的で自分のホテルを利用していると言う考えは無かったようでした。不快とまでは言いませんが、あまり良い気分ではありませんでした。全く気にされない方には良いのかな。私はホテルマンの教育が行き届いているとは感じませんでした。宿泊した部屋のベッドも固く、一泊でしたが腰が痛くなりました。部屋自体は綺麗にされており、施設に対して不満はありませんが、ベッド、特にマットレスは不快さのものでした。まぁ安くで利用させてもらっているので、あまり文句は言えませんね。ただ都ホテルという名前だけに、期待しすぎた感は否めませんでした。私は、もう利用しません。今後尼崎で滞在する際は、別のホテルを利用させていただきます。

費用、サービス、便利さ等、総合的に良かったです。チェックインの時に団体の到着に遭遇して、ケオスでしたが、大きな問題はありませんでした。フロントの対応は、良かったです。四川料理のレストランは、質が高く、とても美味しかったです。

ホテルは、阪神尼崎駅からほぼテラスでアクセスすることができ安全です。ロビーは落ち着いた感じて､客室を含め全体的に清潔感があり､アメニティも充実しています。スタッフの方々も親切で丁寧な対応で気持ち良く宿泊することができました。また、駅前にはアーケードのある地元の商店街があり、関西色豊かなお店が多く見られました。尼のえべっさんも近くお参りすろのもいいかも。

Great hotel and close to the train station and 20 minutes from the center of Osaka. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay just outside the city center and be still be a ride away to the city.
