I had two issues with this place. My room's bedsheets had stains on it and the second lock on the door didnt work. After I spoke to the front desk about it, I was told the door's lock didnt work because the door didn't fit the frame correctly and they couldn't do anything about it because that meant they would need to replace the whole door. For the sheets issue, they said they had no other room and simply gave me new sheets so I could replace them myself. Pool was also out of service. Everything else was fine

Absolutely disgusting. The entire hotel is filthy and poorly maintained. In the common areas, thick layers of dust on the coffee and juice machines. Flies were IN the bread box. None of the water features in the lobby were functional. Elevator did not have a passing inspection notice posted. Light fixtures falling of the wall in the pool area. Pool was cloudy - water chemical balance was questionable. Carpet was soiled all throughout the hotel. In my room, mold/mildew was all over the calking. Hair dryer was broken. Refrigerator is wired to an on/off switch in the wall (presumably to save electricity cost). This resulted in a horrible smelling refrigerator which is practically ruined. All signs point to management which is cutting corners and not properly cleaning or maintaining the property. This has been my experience at most Comfort Inn locations - I will actively avoid them in the future.

The property has potential. The rooms are large, like really large. Bed was ok. But here is where it was disappointing. Room: Bathtub Caulk had black mold. The drain for the tub/shower was not working properly. Curtains had visible dark yellow stains, questionable stains on the sofa chair and the worse was the really strong marijuana smell in the room, especially as you walked in. Property: The gym is really unusable. There is a really really strong moldy smell. The pool, I don't think I would jump in that water.... If they put more effort in the property, has lots of potential.

Room was ok, but the property felt unsecure. We parked near the back door which was propped open because the key access wasn't working. We vacated our handicapped parking spot because there was a large pile of dog feces and soggy dog food that looked like it had been there quite some time. The smell was unpleasant. A couple people were sitting on folding chairs smoking right outside the propped door. Once inside, the room was fine. Beds were fairly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Other than a faulty shower curtain, everything worked fine. Breakfast was average for this kind of hotel - carbs and sugar (make your own waffles or grab a muffin) with some instant eggs and a basket of mealy apples. Workable for a 12-hour stay but we were glad to get on our way.

The grounds were dirty and messy. All the water features were not working and were filled with hard stains. My room smelled of mold, which made me wash all my clothes. I brought with me to get the smell out. There was mold in the bathtub, and there were holes in the carpet. Lastly, the elevator was out of inspection for a month, and a posted sign from the city indicated this. The day I left, the elevator company came to repair it.

Their rooms and lobby were clean and the breakfast was good, I'll give them that. But there was mold growing on the tables in the pool area, the halls were usually absolutely filthy and smelling of garbage/feces, and the workout room literally smelled like a basement. Couldn't breathe in there, much less work out. Also the vending machines and ice machines did not work. When I addressed this with a staff upon checking out (whom was very polite, that much I can also say), I was told there are "renovations" planned for the fall. Needless to say, I won't be back to find out. Save your money and get a budget room somewhere, because we may as well have.

Breakfast provided was decent and the clerk at the desk in the morning was great. The mold in the air conditioner for our room was horrible and made me ill. There was mold in the coffee pot reservoir as well. The couch was stained as well as the carpet. The hotel is not being kept up with maintenance.

Upon check in we went to the room to check it before bringing the whole family in. We saw a live bedbug which lead to checking things over. We then found a dead bedbug and lots of stains on the mattress. The room was gross, stuff on the walls, floor, lamp, table, etc. We immediately confronted staff about the issues as we were not going to stay in those conditions. They refused to offer solutions and refused our refund. We had to cancel plans because of this and drive home. We are so upset with this situation and our kids are devastated that our trip was cut short.

Its supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but our room smelled very musty/smoke. The furniture (club chairs, ottoman was stained) the bed skirt was nasty . Couple stains on the white comforter. The king bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. The bathroom was nice, clean. The area next door was unkept, trash laying around. There were no bugs in the room which was a plus. and Chanty the front desk attendant was a charm!

We were unaware till we showed up to pay that we had to put a deposit down on top of wht we were already paying. And the guy at the desk double charged us for our deposit. Then told us he would refund it and we woul get it back within the half hour. After talking to our bank we find out it will be back in 6 days. He then conti to ask us for money every time we saw him.

Perfect time of the year - no big events, so not a lot of traffic in this area and not a lot of other people here. So it's very quiet and great parking. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Extremely rude staff. Waited 20 minutes at check-in while staff stood outside and smoked. Room was in the high 90’s when we got in and extremely humid. Turned air on and went to dinner to leg room cool down. 45 minutes later still very warm. TV was not straight forward and had to switch inputs- instead of explaining that the staff begrudgingly came to my room to fix it like I was an idiot. Room wasn’t very clean. No tub stopper- for bathing my child. Exterior was filthy and littered with trash. There was a single story building on the side with people sitting outside being very loud smoking and drinking with large aggressive dogs. Wouldn’t not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positive: the pool was open. Breakfast was average but good. Hot showers. Negative: There were times you couldn’t find anyone at the front desk and would have to call a number to find someone. Unable to get towels for the pool. Could never find housekeepers in the morning just would see a cart with no one around so we kept the same towels for our entire 5 day stay. Mini fridge didn’t work and we had to get in contact with the front desk to learn to turn it on with a switch. Trash piled up in our room because we couldn’t find housekeepers so when speaking to the front desk he gave me a large trash bag that we kept in our room on the floor by the door. The tub drain was broken and the pieces were just laying in the tub. Overall you get what you pay for. Somewhere cheap but decent enough that it doesn’t have bugs or sketchy people outside

Needs some updates for sure. We have stayed at this hotel twice and I don’t think I have EVER seen anyone that works there smile. It kinda makes you feel like you’re a bother to them. I don’t think we will stay there next year. I definitely want to feel comfortable but you won’t if you stay there.

The back dumpster area by the rear entrance is a mess. I would highly recommend cleaning that area up. Although some updates needed the room was very clean, as were the bedsheets. No complaints inside. The area was a little rough to be out at night.

The associate helping us was very nice but she was alone. At one point I came down to get some bedding for the pull out couch (which was filthy, btw.) and I stood in line for 20 minutes. I finally went back upstairs to my room and came down later. There was a homeless man who was sleeping in an alcove just across from the elevator. I notified the hotel staff and he was escorted out. The breakfast was okay, but the juice and water machine was broken. The staff had to try to keep pitchers of water and lemonade filled. The hotel was in a very unsafe neighborhood. When my family and I arrived, there were 3 or 4 police cars at the property next door. Couple that with the homeless man on our floor, I didn't feel safe at all. I was so happy to just get out of there. Hotel staff was polite, but they are working in horrible conditions. We won't come back here.

The hotel was dirty and didnt have enough linens, pillows, or bed clothes. The hotel was in a state of disrepair. It had broken doors, glass in the grass around the property, and the staff was difficult to find. They were watching shows on their phones while talking to them. They kept running out of food during breakfast and the juice machine was broken. It was an awful experience.

This looked like it used to be a decent hotel but it is falling into disrepair. The breakfast ran out of most of the food 15 minutes before the end of breakfast and they wouldn’t restock anything. There were bugs in the fold out couch, which was extremely uncomfortable. We also had to pay an extra $50 deposit with a service fee. I would not recommend staying here.

I rent a suit when I tell the lady in the counter she want to charge me $66 dollars extra for a suit I walk on Tuesday for breakfast at 8:45 no bread no juice and no fruit everything was poor I don’t like the experience there

Room was not clean. Found last guests (?) trash in the room. Breakfast was awful. Lots of the breakfast equipment was broken and options were slim. They were out of many Continental items. Fine hotel if you just need a bed to sleep for a couple hours but should have been priced more like a Motel. Staff wasn't very friendly either
