Outstanding staff! Crystal and Abigail were wonderful. Our pet was comfortable. $50 pet fee. Good breakfast. Older house. The staff are great. Super nice. Pillows are horrible and the bed is fair. I’ll come back because of the staff.

The staff was friendly. We took one of the last two rooms available. But there was pee on the bathroom door (inside and outside of it.) The soap they provide for you to shower with was out (shampoo and shower gel..good thing I brought my own.)

This is my go-to hotel in Morgan City. The staff is amazing. Absolutely amazing. The rooms are clean and the amenities are great. I would suggest an update on one aspect of the room. My bed didn’t have a bed skirt and the bottom mattress coverings were tattered and hanging off/missing exposing the wooden frame. Otherwise it’s a safe and friendly place to stay.

The property itself was fine and the front desk employees were pleasant, however the General Manager at this hotel is not someone you want to talk to regarding any issues. One of those in our business-travel group had an issue with their room, and this GM was very condescending and flat out rude. Avoid her if you can!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable room and varied breakfast options. The location is somewhat inconvenient in the crossroads of several heavily trafficked arteries so not easy to drive in and out and little opportunity to walk in the neighborhood.

The stay was great The only problem we had was the storm that threw out the elevators and the hot water. Thank goodness we were only on the 2nd floor. The first night was not good but they got it working the second night. The staff was were nice. The breakfast was a delight. And the room was comfortable.
