The Hotel did not provide breakfast for us. We had to pay for breakfast and eat. Shops were close. We were supposed to leave on 24th, but left on 22nd. Are we going to get refund for 2 days?

The room smells very bad and the pillows where stained and they are using old mattress and old pillows. The toilet was absolutely bad very dirty. The staffs(restaurant) are not even smile even if we say good morning they are not saying anything. The breakfast buffe are all same for all days.

My recent experience at woodlands was pathetic. Our stay was marred by a series of unfortunate incidents that significantly impacted our overall satisfaction. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a less-than-welcoming reception. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in assisting guests. Despite having made our reservations well in advance, our room was not ready, leading to an inconvenient wait. Photos uploaded on hotels.com are nowhere matching in reality. I suggest not to consider this hotel and double check before making hotel reservations on hotels.com
