We loved the cleanliness and safety of this hotel. They have a car patrolling the parking lot and it is so nice inside. The pool was great but a little too cold. The rooms were clean and good water pressure in the showers. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve seen. The staff are so helpful and it was a wonderful stay! Great for families!

All around perfect! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable! Pool area looked so clean and up to date! Common area very clean and fresh not worn down. The best we stayed in this summer. Parking was well lite and security on site.

Need better luggage carts. The three wheel carts you currently have get stuck in the sidewalk sections because the wheels are smaller than the section cracks causing the carts to dump luggage and items. Happened to me both at arrival and departure. Both at the front entrance and south side door. Saw it happen to two other customers.

Room was extremely clean which as a mom traveling with (2) kids really appreciates. Staff was super friendly and the area itself felt very safe and was right off the highway for easy access. Lots of restaurants and Kroger grocery store. Will definitely be staying here again!

2 nights, the bed was hard and the pillows were very thin, requiring to use two which was barely enough support. The breakfast was ok, needing another waffle maker as there was always a line to use the one available. Other than those complaints everything else was fine.

The beds were low and firm a little too much but overall comfortable enough. I liked the light weight white covers and plush pillows. The breakfast was excellent with waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon in addition to several cereal, pastries, fruit and juice items and good hot coffee. We will definitely stay again when visiting family in the area.

There was an issue with getting checked in caused by the booking company, However Jessica took great care in getting it resolved and making us feel welcome! Everyone in the kitchen staff ect were the most hospitable people I’ve ever come in contact with at a hotel. I loved our stay!

Was booked with family for a one night stay. Property shifted me to nearby sister property to accommodate a large group booking. Great for the large group. Not great for family gathering. Staff was pleasant but it would have been better to ask if it was okay to shuttle me to another property before just telling me.

I WAS IN TOWN TO VISIT MY SISTER IN THE HOSPITAL AND NEEDED A COMFORTING, RELAXING PLACE TO STAY. THIS HOTEL WAS EVERYTHING THAT I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR AND MORE. THE FIRST ROOM THAT I WAS GIVEN HAD A MALFUNCTIONING A/C UNIT, SO I WENT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET MY ROOM CHANGED. THE STAFF PERSON ON DUTY (EVELYN) WAS AMAZING! SHE APOLOGIZED AND IMMEDIATELY GAVE ME A NEW ROOM. IN FACT, FOR MY TROUBLE, SHE UPGRADED MY RESERVATION TO A LARGER ROOM. SHE WAS KIND AND A PLEASURE TO SPEAK TO. MY ROOM WAS LOVELY. PLENTY OF SPACE, VERY CLEAN AND A COMFORTABLE BED. ON MY WAY OUT THE NEXT MORNING, I SPOKE WITH JESSICA WHO WAS JUST AS PLEASANT AS EVELYN. WHEN I TOLD HER I WAS IN TOWN FROM NASHVILLE TO VISIT MY SISTER IN THE HOSPITAL, SHE WAS VERY KIND AND WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING ME OFFERED PRAYERS AND POSITIVE THOUGHTS FOR MY FAMILY. THIS HOTEL WAS REALLY NICE, LOOKS BRAND NEW ALTHOUGH I WAS TOLD IT WAS ABOUT 3.5 YEARS OLD. IT IS MAINTAINED VERY WELL AND IT SHOWS. THIS WILL BE MY GO-TO HOTEL WHEN I COME BACK TO VISIT FAMILY. IT'S A VERY NICE HOTEL WITH VERY PLEASANT STAFF. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

ugh…. Two long days of driving before and after this hotel stay where we didn’t get much sleep... We checked in at 11:00pm, asleep around midnight, then were abruptly awakened at 3:00am by a blaring alarm from the neighboring room. After going to the front desk twice and asking for assistance stopping the alarm she offered to move us to another room. Since it was approaching 4:00am we decided that by the time we moved rooms and fell asleep again it would be time to get up and get going toward our final destination. So we gave up, packed up and checked out while the neighbor’s alarm was still blaring. The front desk associate was unable to provide a refund or discount but assured us the manager would call us. The manager never called us. We had an 8 hour drive ahead of us and would have loved to have had a good night’s sleep. Nice new hotel but, unfortunately, we cannot give a good review because of this experience.

We were in Memphis for a single night stay and had a great all around experience. We were only here one night and it was good. There is lots of new development in the area and the hotel is pretty new. The refrigerator being small is my only complaint. Located about 30 minutes from Graceland.

Stayed here on a road trip and had a great time overall. The front desk workers provided excellent customer service and the breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay at a safe place outside of the Memphis.

They have a big wonderful TV and the place is very clean with great breakfast options including Udi’s GF blueberry muffins, crispy bacon, oatmeal with walnuts, dried cranberries, etc. Also the staff were all so kind and helpful!
