Everything was clean and fresh. Love the stay. However, be aware that there are no cups nor buckets for ice nor coffee or tea makers in the room. Breakfast was truly continental. So, nothing hot except coffee and no protein. Well, I think I saw someone with a hard boiled egg. My party decided to go get breakfast elsewhere.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I have two complaints. We checked in on a Saturday and checked out on a Tuesday. Our room was never cleaned. We did see a sign that it would be cleaned every other day. We finally asked the front desk when our room would be cleaned and they said on Tuesday. They finally brought us clean towels two hours later. We were never informed that the pool was closed. We had to read a sign on the pool entry door.

only stayed one night but the room was clean, check-in was easy and friendly. no coffee pot in the room but I just ran to lobby in morning and got my own. highly recommend

No coffee machine or microwave in the rooms! Something so simple, yet something you look forward to in your pajamas when you’re traveling. Needing to get dressed to go get coffee at the lobby was a total disappointment to say the least. They may be saving money on coffee.. but they’re surely losing millions in customers. It’s horrible PR. The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately I will not be staying there simply because I cannot have my cup of coffee in the morning at ease.. while I plan my day.
