Great Service and Nice Amenities. Although the property is older, it’s still kept up very well. We enjoyed the breakfast and club lounge in the afternoon. The rooms are very spacious and the property is centrally located. We were able to walk to nearby attractions and shopping areas. The pool and gym are small, but they were nice to have. We also enjoyed taking the free shuttle to their larger sister property up north. Overall a very nice hotel in Naha.

The staff were very friendly and the room was neat and luxurious. The parking fee is a little expensive. You can choose between Western and Japanese breakfast, and you can have it for lunch. (The Western lunch is great.) Make sure to book a hotel with breakfast included! The swimming pool is small, but the landscape is very beautiful and quiet.

Our king room was huge, very comfortable and had more amenities than you can imagine. We enjoyed spectacular meal at the hotel’s Teppanyaki restaurant and spent an afternoon by the lovely pool. There is a mall with a supermarket and a few restaurants just a few blocks away. We walked to the sites in Naha and took bus and monorail, both not too far away. One day we took the hotel’s free shuttle to their resort at Buseno and that was amazing too (beautiful beach, lovely hotel). The best part was the service - just so helpful and kind and friendly. This is a fantastic place. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxe stay (and in USD it was very reasonably priced).

過去最高レベルに素敵なホテルでした！！築年数が経ったホテルと言うことで少し不安ではありましたがクチコミを見てこちらのホテルに決めました。これが正解！！今回は高齢の母に喜んで貰おうと、クラブフロアのスイートルームに滞在したのですが、お部屋のお掃除はクローゼット中やバスルームまで完璧な清潔さ。レストランで使用するカトラリーまでちゃんと磨かれているようでとても感動しました。また屋外プールへ行く時には、プール用のフードガウンやビーチサンダルまでお部屋に用意してあるなどとても便利でした！そしてどのスタッフさんも笑顔を絶やさずこちらの要望にも親切に対応して頂きました。次回那覇に宿泊する際は必ずまたナハテラスさんにしたいと思います。

Everything was good but the air condition on the 10th floor (top floor) did not work well. The staff brought a fan after we complained. It helped a bit but it was still too hot. There is also no room darkening shades covering the windows.

息子3人と私達夫婦の5人でコネクティングルームを利用しました。とても清潔感あるお部屋で広々としており、大人5人が一部屋で過ごしているような感覚でした。車の駐車スペースも広く、また配車もすべて対応してくださりました。荷物を駐車場まで運ぶ必要がなく、とても助かりました。国際通りにもお散歩がてらに20分ほど歩けば行けますし、タクシーに乗っても900円程度。初めて沖縄行く場合は特におすすめしたい場所です。朝食も洋食和食など選べて楽しかったです。また行きたいところです。

国際通りまで徒歩でも行けるので(15分くらい)散歩感覚で外出できます。ホテルエントランス手前は坂があり、車椅子の方やベビーカー、足の不自由な方にはきついかもしれません。ホテルの雰囲気は清潔、静かでリゾート感があり、本を読んだりカフェコーナーでお茶をしたりゆっくりと過ごせると思います。スタッフの方は皆さん親切でした。予約や観光の事等も聞きやすく、すぐに手配してくださいます。

일단 숙소의 클래식한 공간에 반했습니다. 깨끗하고 고급스러운 느낌도 있습니다. 국제거리에서 택시로 5분정도 거리이지만 오히려 잠잘때는 조용한 위치에 번잡하지 않은 동네여서 만족스러웠습니다. 또한 물건을 두고와 호텔에 부탁하여 공항으로 물건을 전달받았는데 수고스럽지만 친절하게 택시로 보내주셔서 물건도 잘받고 돌아왔습니다. 다음에 간다면 또 숙박하고 싶습니다. 친절하고 좋은 호텔입니다!

クラブフロアーに滞在しました。（お友達家族との滞在でコネクティングルームが希望だった為。）チェックインからとても親切丁寧でやわらかい対応で心地よかったです。お部屋はエグゼクティブスイートとのコネクティングルーム。８月に滞在した為、ビーチサンダルやプール用のビーチガウンも用意されており、プールに行くのにとても便利でした。お部屋のスリッパはフカフカでとても気持ちよかったです。楽しみにしていたアフタヌーンティーにアペリティフも充実しておりとても満足致しました。朝食はステーキやエッグベネディクトを頂いてとても満足でした。ベッドは硬めで、心地よい眠りが出来ました。

お世話になりました。感じたことを書かせていただきますね。フロントの方のお気遣いは大変有り難かったです(^o^) 少し残念だったのが朝食が洋食と和食どちらかを選ばないと行けなくて和洋食のブュッフェが良かったなと思いました。後はお風呂の浴槽のガラスはオシャレだとは思いましたがきちっと締めないと水が床に流れてしまうことが残念でした。参考にして頂けたら幸いです(^o^)

So happy with our stay, truly an oasis in the town. Beutiful old fashioned/traditional building, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Loved the food at the hotel restaurant la Sima. Can highly recommend!
