Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Obernai. Als Tourenradfahrer haben wir den sicheren Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr geschätzt. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und das Hotel bietet ein reichhaltiges Frühstück an.

This hotel was great from the first minute we arrived. Although we arrived after check in time or room was not ready so we were offered complimentary drinks on their terrace. Our room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked a treat as the temperatures are in the low 30s. The hotel is very centrally placed with everything on your doorstep - lots of restaurants, we would recommend La Cour de Mémé. We didn't use the hotel parking as it was fully booked but the parking Fines Herbes just behind the hotel worked fine. There are also a member of free parking areas - just ask reception for a map. Would definitely stay here again.

Tout était parfaitement propre. L'espace bibliothèque et petit déjeuner est agréable aussi, et le petit déjeuner était bon avec des produits de qualité. La vue sur la place principale est top! Cette Diligence va vous plonger au coeur de la magie de Noël. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est bienveillant, souriant et réactif. L'accueil est vraiment exceptionnellement chaleureux. Les chambres sont cosys, très propres et bien équipées et tout est fonctionnel. La vue sur la place du marché, les stands du marché de noël et le centre historique est un régal pour les yeux. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme et merci aussi pour les confiseries de Noël qui ont agrémenté le séjour !

Nach 4 Jahres Abwesenheit, hat uns das Hotel sehr positiv überrascht. Toll durchgestylt, verbessertes Frühstück und -bis auf eine einzelne Begegnung- ausnehmend freundliche und serviceorientiertes Personal. An der Größe und der Verarbeitung im Bad (viel zu kleine, keine Ablagen, während des Duschens wird das Badezimmer unter Wasser gesetzt), sowie an der Sauberkeit, musst nachgebessert werden.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was good. The town of Obernai was charming and located within 30 mins of Colmar and Strasbourg. The cozy suites were small, but every inch of space was used well. The larger suites were more comfortable.

Hotel Diligence is our home away from home. The hotel is new, stylish with great views over the town’s square. The view I am very fond of with the pretty Alsatian roofs and pretty dormer windows. I visited last week and I could see the bustling Christmas market. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is warm, equipped with Nuxe products, a magnifying mirror and hairdrier. There’s a Nepresso machine and a large Flat Screen TV with German, French and Italian channels. I really wish to never leave !

An excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Obernai is really beautiful and the hotel overlooks its most beautiful spot! The room is lovely, the breakfast was excellent and there was great care in all details. Most notable - the staff was exceptional! It made our stay truly special. Thank you :)

Cet hôtel est vraiment charmant, beau à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Ils ont su mettre de la modernité dans la déco et l'architecture intérieure tout en respectant le bâtiment ancien. Nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise, dans un petit cocon. La chambre de 18m2 belle est décorée avec soin. La douche marchait super bien, très agréable un bon débit. Tout était parfaitement propre. L'espace bibliothèque et petit déjeuner est agréable aussi, et le petit déjeuner était bon avec des produits de qualité. La vue sur la place principale est top! Et à côté nous avons encore pu aller boire un verre tout près, dans les rues piétonnes. Le personnel était gentil et accueillant. Je recommande sans hésiter!

alles war ok, Hotel ist sehr gut, Zimmer, Frühstück, Personal. wir waren sehr zufrieden, tout était en ordre, chambre, petit dejeuner copieux, chambre propre, personel sympathique, on a beaucoup apprécié.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was good. The town of Obernai was charming and located within 30 mins of Colmar and Strasbourg. The cozy suites were small, but every inch of space was used well. The larger suites were more comfortable.

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Obernai. Als Tourenradfahrer haben wir den sicheren Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr geschätzt. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und das Hotel bietet ein reichhaltiges Frühstück an.
