The villa features Wi-Fi, portable air conditioning in the living room, fans, Chromecast, washing machine, and more. Outdoors, you can relax in the garden or on the terrace. The private outdoor pool is perfect for cooling off, and you can also prepare meals on the barbecue. The pool is available from June to approximately September. Children's books and a high chair are available on request. You will have access to a pool table for extra entertainment. There is parking available on the property for SUV-type cars. For other vehicles, it is recommended to park outside in a very quiet residential area. The villa is close to public transport and the beach. Please note that events and parties are not allowed on the property. Bookings from groups under 25 years old are not permitted.
