My mom fell in the beginning of our trip and injured her knee and hip, making walking very difficult and painful. I emailed the hotel a week before check-in to request a more accessible room. At check in, we were assigned room 407. With 3 pieces of large luggage that I had to transport up the elevator (glad they had one), i had to make multiple trips to the 4th floor. On top of that, our room was at the top of 4-5 steps. Not a lot, but very inconvenient for 2 people traveling - one of which was an elderly person with mobility issues. Other that this, the overnight front desk clerk watching us struggle, while his shoes sat in the middle of the dining area floor, to get out of the hotel at 530AM to catch our ride to the airport, and a slick shower floor, everything was great.

Excelente localização, quartos e banheiros muito limpos, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários educados e prestativos, Ar condicionado nos quartos nos permite ter um sono muito agradável e as janelas são perfeitas para que não haja barulho. Ainda fornecem agua gasosa ou natural para pegarmos na maquina. Tudo maravilhoso. Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel.

The Hôtel de Suez is centrally located in Paris, just a short walk to Notre Dame and the Jardin de Luxembourg, with many comforts. The rooms are air conditioned, the beds are just the right level of firmness, and the bathroom is luxurious: clean, light, spacious, with plenty of shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion. The staff assisted us with all our needs, including calling a taxi to the airport for us. It was a lovely, convenient place to stay.
