The LA PRIMAVERA building is a tall construction without a lift, four storeys high, located on Avda. de la Mota No. 8, in the CENTRE and commercial area of Xeraco beach. It offers beautiful landscaped common areas. It has covered parking spaces. It is just thirty metres from the sand. A very quiet area, with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest, just thirty metres from the fine sandy beach. Apartment on the second floor, with three bedrooms, a recently renovated bathroom with a shower tray, small en-suite toilet, independent kitchen with terrace-laundry-clothesline, comfortable living-dining room with access to a cosy partially glazed terrace facing East, fronting the sea with fabulous views of the dunes and the beach. Includes covered parking space and equipped with a dishwasher. Capacity 6 people. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old). Families only! PETS ALLOWED with a maximum weight of 12 kilos (7€/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bedding change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after the apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable. The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
