This is my third visit to this beautiful oasis, and I am never disappointed. If you are a nature lover, this resort is for you. Beautiful natural setting, delicious food, well-trained and wonderful staff, with a geothermal hotspring jacuzzi and cool dipping pool in each villa. It is worth every cent you pay. I must mention some of the wonderful staff here - Ali, Ram, Chetan, Kin, Simon, Apple, Siva, Rubini and Livesh, who all make this place special. Kin was a class above the others as he took the time to explain each dish, and was always open to feedback. Ram and Chetan were just wondeful conversationalists and so very pleasant. The entire staff including reception, housekeeping, maintenance and grounds are just so friendly. Thank you guys from both of us.

A very unique, relaxing and peaceful hotspring resort unlike any place we have been to. The resort really makes you feel special and welcome with all the extras and convinces provided. The resort and its surrounding feels like a small piece of rainforest heaven with its hot spring dipping ponds, villas with your own hotspring Jacuzzis and pools, free evening yoga and meditation classes, 2 meditation caves, ome natural hot spring heated sauna cave, a mitchelen star worthy restaurant set in a natural cave (jeffs cellar), and a bar on a mountain side overlooking the forest and natural geothermal pool. Jeffs cellar served the most amazing 9 course meal we've had and thier staff were all knowledgeable and welcoming. This resort is beyond words, and well worth the price.

Stayed two nights for our honeymoon and it was worth every penny. We were given swan towels and rose petals on the bed and a congratulatory little cake. The private hot springs and plunge pool in our villa were excellent and nice to lounge in the outside/inside living area during thunderstorm. The staff were lovely, welcoming, attentive and friendly. We will definitely be coming back to Ipoh just for this beautiful gem.

The villa we booked was nice, however it needs more maintenance given that it’s only 13-14 years old. Apart from this, the hotspring pools were awesome , villa jacuzzi too.

Fantastic evironment and villa Taxi and bus are very difficlut to get, we took more than 1 hour in front of Ipoh Railway Station for grabcar. Hotel could not help at all. Check-on took very lone time about 45 minuntes, only one front desk staff. Interrupted shower hot water supply, only little drops.

We’ve had a wonderful time celebrating our 10th year anniversary in this retreat. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The resort amidst the lime caves is magnificent! The only pet peeve I had was the construction noise coming from the upcoming hospital next to the resort.

It was an amazing experience. I coupd not ask for more. We were nestled in nature, the villa was private, and it was great having our own hotspring jacuzzi. The staff was amazingly wonderful and made you feel at home always. The food was also great with a good selection. We will be doing again and again.
