The first room had mold all over air conditioner, changed rooms and 2nd room air conditioner filter was filthy. We cleaned it ourselves. The pool area bathroom was filthy and disgusting. The hot tub was broken. Please needs updating and better maintenance. Would not recommend at all

The front desk was very helpful, the continental breakfast was good, and over all the experience was okay. The issues we had were black mold in the bathroom, trash under the pull out couch, broken/missing tiles in the bathroom and the indoor pool was FREEZING. There were also multiple adults sitting by the doors smoking weed a few times we came and left. I wouldn’t mind if I was alone, but we had a kid with us.

I come for the pool. Thats what makes this place stand out. The pool was ice cold the entire 3 days. I understand its winter, I've stayed here before, and the pool has always been lovely. It wasn't this time and was a real bummer.

From the time we checked-in to the time we checked-out we were impressed with the facility and staff. The staff was friendly and approachable. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the staff was not lacking. Every morning there was a hot breakfast and plenty of it! As a bonus they are pet friendly! I would definitely stay there or a sister property again no questions.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay. Before booking 3 rooms, I called to confirm that the pool was heated, as we were traveling with two young children. I was assured that it was—but in reality, the water was freezing. My 4-year-old couldn’t even stay in the pool for a few minutes. One of the main reasons I chose your hotel was so the kids could enjoy some fun in the water. Instead, we ended up just watching TV in the room. Additionally, the breakfast was lacking—there were no fruits available except oranges, and no yogurts either. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected a better experience. This stay fell short of the standards I’ve come to associate with Hilton. I hope you take this feedback into consideration.

Smoking near the back entrance where is permitted and so close to the entrance door has brought in the cigarette smell and Marijuana inside the hotel and in the elevator as well . Caught a big headache from it . Is not permitted inside the building, but it feels like it is not making any difference since smoking is so closeby the entrance. Need to make changes away from the hotel entrance.

The rugs in the common area &around \\elevator were almost bldack with dirt. When multiple people are using the hotel, the rugs\ eed cleaning on a reg. basis.\\rugs even more so. There was a line of gray dust all around our room. Cleaning needs to get right up to the wall! The elevator door hit me on the way out bruising my arm. The electric eye was off. Not a good time.

Toilet had dry blood on it. Towels had stains on them. Ripped carpet. Yellowish brown stains on bed sheets. TV remote did not work nor did the power switch so had to sleep with the TV on all night.

The place was nice. A few things need to be fixed. The shower head was leaking and the sink drained really slow. The cleaners need to clean the rug closest to the wall it looked kind of dirty but overall it was ok.

Very nice hotel! The room was spacious and well-designed, very comfortable bed and pillows, great amenities. Overall, the comfort exceeded my expectations. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The small outdoor seating area was a nice surprise! A great spot to have a cup of coffee and read a book.

You should not be renting this room. It shares a wall with the elevator shaft and makes a loud droning sound whenever anyone uses the elevator. Kept waking me up all night. Worst sleep I’ve had in a long time.

We made a reservation after having a different one at hotel down the street. We checked in around 9:30pm and Dan was wonderful, welcoming, and gave us a lot of really good information. The room was clean and tidy, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The cleaning personnel asked us as we were leaving for the day if we needed anything for the bathroom as we didn’t need the room cleaned and provided us with a few extra towels. The breakfast both days was wonderful with lots of options and the waffle makers were perfect. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again!

The hotel was clean and perfectly safe. We arrived late at night, around midnight and it took the front desk person 20 minutes to let us in after ringing the bell. When she did let us in she was quite in polite, no smile or welcome. I get that it was late and maybe she was tired but she could have made just a bit of an effort. We weren’t expecting her to be overjoyed, just pleasant. The room was fine but the beds were just so so for comfort.

The staff were very accommodating to our family needs, our mom needed a smaller room with handicap accessibility. We were all on the same floor. Changed her room and accommodated our every need. Marcel and the daytime lady at registration were awesome. The morning breakfast crew, friendly and awesome. My choice next time I’m in area and the second time my sister has stayed there. Plus with eating options just 2 hotels over, perfect.

Bedbugs incident during our stay. The manager wasn’t there for two days. The workers didn’t even go clean the rooms after we complained. They did not care about the bedbugs at our room 520. It scared us so badly we almost couldn’t sleep during midnight. It was very terrifying and terrible.

I arrived to the hotel, settled in, then went out to eat. When I arrived back at my room, the key would not open the door. They gave me another key which didn't work. They were going to transfer me to another room but all my stuff, including my phone and money was in that room. I had to wait over 3 hours for them to call a handy man who used a wire to 'break' into the room. Later, it happened again. I spoke with a maid who said it is probably the battery. She replaced it and it worked fine. I don't understand how management and service could overlook something as simple as replacing a battery, and instead caused me to basically lose a day of my vacation. This staff simply doesn't know what they are doing and I will not be returning.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. (The sheet on the bed were very soft and comfy!) Oversized TV "NICE" The lobby was well kept and even though I didn\'t use it, it looked rather cozy. Breakfast area was inviting and clean. My only complaint would be I wasn\'t a big fan of the complacentry breakfast. The sausage was good, but the eggs weren\'t. No non-stick spray for the waffle maker and I had some residual remnants on my waffles from the waffle maker. I\'ll give breakfast a 5 out of 10. Overall, a pleasant stay and I\'d stay there again in the future.
