A beautifully furnished apartment! Everything about our stay was great! Check in was easy. Very pleased about how clean the apartment was and all the little extra things that mean something special like coffee, sodas, water, a bottle of wine and snacks! There was also shampoo and personal items along with laundry soap. Close to the medical center and many things to do in the area. Parking onsite was easy! We received some great recommendations from the owners for dining and entertainment too. They were very responsive to any questions. We will stay there again and highly recommend!

roach infestation. that's pretty much all you need to know. shortly after we checked in, i saw a german cockroach on the kitchen counter. i notified the owner-i was told that it was just because of the rain. then i saw a baby german cockroach on another counter-that's not rain, that's an infestation. when i contacted the owner again and said i didn't know if i could stay, he apologized and offered a discount on my NEXT stay. dude, you have roaches, i'm storing my stuff in my car so i don't take them home and barely able to sleep and you think i'm going to stay again?? no thanks. it did look mostly clean, the photos are definitely better than reality. the entrance was a little sketchy, and they were renovating another unit so it was very loud.

The location of this property is amazing it is close to everything and super convenient. The cleanliness though is not great, minimal at best. The door in the back where you're supposed to enter was broken and did not lock (not very safe). Overall it was a good stay but I would not return.

Safe area, close to good restaurants and the museum district. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

My daughter and teenager grandchildren were in for a weekend of rodeo. Convenient for an evening walk to the park and also Metro rail. Would recommend.
