My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so cute it felt very cozy. I would definitely recommend staying here. Communication with the property manager was very easy. They were quick to respond to any questions I had.

Need more bath towels. They were dingy looking. Open the bedroom curtains to lots of dust falling. Cob webs around the ceiling and doors. TV in bedroom wouldn’t work.

AC actually broken first 2 days. This house does not have a balanced AC system. Two upstairs rooms are so uncomfortable that we all had to sleep in the partial basement room. It was the only room in the house that will cool to what the thermostat says. Winter time I’m sure this is a great place to stay. Summer….PICK ANOTHER HOUSE!!

If I could score this higher, I would. We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The front courtyard was great for sitting & catching up together. The split levels gave us some space, but not too much. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking. The games & puzzles were fantastic for all of us to do. Right off I-70 so easy to get everywhere. You will absolutely love this place for your next stay in the Denver area.
