SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: * Bedroom: 1 king-size bed (accommodates 2 guests) * Living area: 1 sofa bed (accommodates 1 guest) LIVING SPACE: * Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and dishwasher * Complimentary coffee * Free high-speed WiFi * In-unit washer and dryer * Smart TV * Approximately 600 square feet of living space PARKING: * Complimentary on-site parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit. No registration required. Please note that we manage several apartments within this community, and each unit has its own unique layout and design. Furnishings, décor, and floor plans may vary slightly from the photos shown. I am always available via the message app, email, or through text :) PLEASE NOTE: Before you arrive: * REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS: Complete the check-in form sent prior to arrival. Unit number, door code, and access instructions will only be provided after the form is completed. * The form includes ID verification, criminal background screening, a valid credit or debit card for incidentals, and optional requests such as early check-in, parking, or pet registration. * Reservations may be canceled if the background check returns disqualifying criminal records. Guests will be notified promptly after the check-in form is reviewed. * Minimum age requirement: 22+ to book and check in, or 25+ for local guests staying within 50 miles of the property. * Charges for optional services unrelated to the room rate, such as pet fees, may be collected separately by the service provider. Security Deposit * A refundable $250 security deposit is required for all units. Some reservations may require a higher deposit depending on the unit booked. Pets * One pet allowed per unit with advance registration through the check-in form. * Pet fee ranges from $8–$30 per night depending on length of stay. Parking * Free on-site parking available for up to 2 vehicles per unit. No registration required. Housekeeping * Mid-stay cleanings are not included. Additional cleanings may be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Unit Appearance - While the photos accurately represent the layout and category of the unit you booked, the specific furniture, décor, and actual lighting may vary slightly from unit to unit.
