1. Room Toilets are very smelly 2. Breakfast spread is very limited 3. Strange sounds in the night 4. Lizard in the room Staff was very good but looking at these issues, it was a bad experience.

It’s our third times staying at Heritage for the last 6 years love the location, friendly staff and great breakfast. It’s good to know the hotel is practicing eco system. My disappointment was there is no hand towels and extra toilet paper(I have to request them). The bath M

Very nice room space to layout things, large room, nice bathroom. A/C terrible had to move rooms once second room OK. Pool very nice prefect temperature. Staff helpful but lacked English speaking staff. This is a problem for me. No place near to eat.
