O Hotel é próximo ao aeroporto. Minha escolha foi pq meu voo era muito cedo. Há um ônibus de linha que passa na frente do hotel e conduz até o aeroporto desde bem cedo, inicia de madrugada. O hotel é confortável. Não fiz uso do café da manhã. Tem um restaurante pequeno e razoável. A academia é bem simples e não conta com ar condicionado. O atendimento é bem bom, e tem funcionários que falam português. É bem longe do centro.

Novotel chain is pretty consistent with comfort and cleanliness. This location lacks water stations (refill bottle for travelers) and airport shuttle. There is a public transport every 10-15 mins for €2 per person and it’s clearly a huge inconvenience to the driver if you want to pay. 👍

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen schön gestaltet, komfortabel und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ebenfalls reichhaltig und super. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt! Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die doch extrem hohen Parkgebühren (32 Euro/Tag)

Should indicate no shuttle service next time will stay either in city or property with shuttle serviceproperty likes to promote *City bus service" as one "option"not for business clientle or family vacations unlless you are familiar with MUN airport and surrounding area in summer months

Overall it's a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. However it's listed on Expedia as having _wired_ internet in all rooms, but when I asked about this the reception did not know and management said they don't actually have wired internet. Transportation was also not straightforward via the S-bahn as there's a long walk from the station to the hotel. However the bus from the terminal stops practically outside the hotel. So make sure to take the bus and not the S-bahn. The sauna area was also a bit disappointing, although the gym was relatively well equipped. The room configuration was also a bit unusual with the toilet separate from the shower.

The breakfast spread is really good And lots of healthy choice. The hanger rack in the room was dusty..the checkin experience was unpleasant. The room slippers were not in the room, and the reception told me to go down to reception to collect it, dissatisfaction of service, really. The environment at the lobby is cosy and clean.

Everything was excellent except for 2 things: 1) The room was very clean, but it seems that it wasn't vacuum cleaned properly and dust was in the air as I walked on the carpet. 2) The toilet was very strange as it was separate from the bathroom and it didn't have any place to wash the hand! So, one has to move to bathroom to wash the hands!

Asked for a room for 3 adults. Was told no rooms with two beds available but a sofa bed was. The sofa “bed” was just a sofa with a sheet on the seat. Extremely uncomfortable. Had to sleep three in one bed.

Property has been nicely renovated. Room was elegantly redone. Heating / cooling / ventilation a bit of a problem, but staff was very quick to respond. Short drive to terminals was very nice. A great choice for overnight before a flight.

Room was 24 degrees upon entering and air conditioning was only able to lower it one degree after several hours so although it was a nice clean property had the worst sleep of our trip

Our night flight from Frankfurt to Munich was cancelled at the last minute, and they did not allow us to cancel our booking. They said this was because they would not be able to resell our room, but we checked online and that night they had several rooms available. We would be happy to send them proofs of our flight cancellation but they don’t even give us that option. They say they don’t want to make money from people disgraces, but that’s clearly what they just did with us,. I would feel ashamed to make money from situations like these, maybe it’s just a matter of how I was educated. We have been staying at many Novotel and Accor hotels all around the world, but it’s the last time after such a bad treatment. In fact we are now spending the weekend in Futuroscope and we discarded their Novotel accommodation because of this. Never again, Novotel.

Since they are a modern hotel I wish they had self check in counters. It’s an airport hotel so they get constant streams of travellers and many at once if people take the same bus, so there was a huge line at check in and way too few desks. If you arrive late after a long day of travelling this can get very frustrating when you just want to go to bed. Also basically no vegan options at the cafeteria BUT the rooms are unbelievably quiet so that is very nice!

The hotel did not have the Expedia reservation at first(I had booked the room only an hour or so before). They kept blaming Expedia and I told them Expedia never had this issue and I booked a lot of rooms The reception person HAMZA showed a little bit of attitude. Took a long time to "fix" the situation.

This is a great hotel. Checked in tonight before our flights for convenience. The staff was outstanding, they were helpful and attentive. The breakfast is first rate, quality of the food, and the selection was outstanding. You wont get a better experience elsewhere.

The hotel itself is quite good. Comfortable rooms, very nice breakfast. The hotel also was nice in checking in my travel companion before I arrived. However the airport proximity was a big disappointment! It did look closer to the airport when I was booking it. I was looking for hotel in walking distance. In fact it is about 40 mins walk. We planned to stay there for one night arriving to Munich airport quite late in the evening before commuting further. We had a lot of luggage with us. Initially planned to keep the luggage in the airport storage but it was closed so late. We had to take it with us. No taxi wanted to take us to the hotel! I think it is quite typical when you try to get to nearby airport hotel that they don’t want to do it. The hotel cancelled hotel shuttle for “sustainability” reasons and we had to take a public bus. With a lot of luggage it was extremely inconvenient. So for easiness to get to the hotel I score them 0. The whole point of using “airport” hotel is convenience in commute between airport and hotel for all type of customers including those with big luggage and arriving late.

Very clean. Nice hotel. Location was great. Close to the airport. But you need to take a bus. It is too far to walk. No shuttle is available. It would be great if the hotel provided a flyer to explain how to take the bus to get to the train in order to go into the city and return. Not the hotel's fault that it is confusing but it would be very helpful to have an explanation for guests of which bus and which train to take. Otherwise, great!

We only spent one night here before flying out. This is an awesome hotel. We arrived by S-Bahn and walked to the hotel. We were misled by directions provided by the hotel via hotels.com messaging. The walking distance and route was rigorous when dragging travel gear and bags. There were no “N” logos on the walkway as described. We took a wrong turn before relying on GPS to get to the hotel. We cut across parking lots to get there. I recommend using the us connection to get there. To get to the terminal for our departure, we went to the bus stop and the next bus was full. So we dragged our bags back to the hotel and flagged down a taxi.

very convenient for airport departures, rental car pickup and returns, meeting others at airport because of proximity to S Bahn train lines. Of course, these are all the reasons that the property is isolated in an industrial park surrounded by parking garages and parking lots.

Very clean, updated and convenient property. Check in and check out were really easy and very well organized. Room was perfect. Loved the Rituals products! Breakfast was amazing! My only criticism was that the in house restaurant left a lot to be desired. We were tired and didn’t want to leave but we saw the menu and it was not appealing at all, and judging by the reviews we made the right choice to go elsewhere.

The best part is that the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious, and it's perfect for catching your flight because it's just a 10-minute ride on a public bus to the airport. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, and the bus comes every 10 minutes.

There was only a small table and no chair, which made it difficult to do work. Main restaurant seemed to be closed, so dinner was had in the bar / lobby area of the hotel which was quite busy. Menu in Flav restaurant was limited and seemed expensive, €28 for a burger.
