Ideal for 4 guests, it features a large private 30 m² terrace—perfect for enjoying the southern sun. The accommodation offers a bright living room with equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a mezzanine sleeping area, a bathroom with WC, and the private terrace ideal for summer meals and evenings. Private parking is included. The residence also provides access to a shared pool (mid-May to September), tennis court, and pétanque area. Vic-la-Gardiole is ideally located: Aresquiers beach 2 km away (bike accessible), Frontignan 10 min, Sète 15 min, Montpellier 25 min. Shops, restaurants, and the local market are nearby. Bed linen and towels are included for 4 guests. The property must be left clean, with trash, cupboards, and fridge emptied, and sheets removed from beds at departure. Approved check-in and check-out times must be respected; any delay incurs fees available for an extra charge. Arrivals after 7:30 pm or departures before 8 am: surcharge available for an extra charge upon prior request. Late-night arrivals and departures are not accepted. No smoking, no parties, no pets.
