The owner lives upstairs, while guests enjoy private access through a keypad entrance at the back of the property. The suite is approximately a 13-minute walk from MacCormacks Beach Provincial Park and Fisherman's Cove Boardwalk, two minutes from a children's playground and bus stop, and less than eight minutes by car from CFB Shearwater and the Woodside Ferry Terminal. Downtown Halifax is about 28 minutes away, while the general hospital is approximately nine minutes away. Restaurants, grocery stores, and other local amenities are also nearby. The living room features a comfortable couch, a queen-size bed, a 55-inch 4K Smart TV, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, YouTube, Samsung TV channels, an exercise bike, bookshelf, reading lamp, and antique piano. Guests may sign in to Disney+ using their own account. The private bedroom includes a queen-size bed, sofa, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, and a workspace with a desk and chair. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining set, stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, cookware, dishes, and cutlery. Guests also have access to an in-suite washer and dryer, a private bathroom with towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, as well as a peaceful fenced backyard. Free parking is available on the property and roadside. The suite is bright, comfortably furnished, and designed for a relaxing home-away-from-home experience.
