My room smelled like dirty laundry when I walked in supposedly right after being cleaned. Lots of railroad and other workers stay there, if you plan to leave or eat early, you just can’t. The pool hasn’t been operational in years. It looks like so. I don’t know why they still say they have a pool and hot tub because they do not

Was disappointed, for a Holiday Inn & Suites it was disappointing. First of all, the elevator didn’t work the whole time there. Had an indoor pool and it was down. This was one reason I chose here. All the vending machine were down and Ice machines didnt work. Carpets needed to be cleaned. Definitely needs some upgrades and TLC.

The elevator is sooooo slow. The TVs are so out of date and small. The “cable” TV is awful. I think the smaller motels here have better TVs. The pools were shut down. They’re indoors.

Breakfast was good for a continental. Shower was strong and hot. Pool was closed! Bed was very stiff and room tv was pretty small by modern standards. Overall average experience at best for 3 star with pool closure being a huge disappointment my family was unaware of when booked. Small town problem i guess.

No pool and the elevators were broke the entire time we were there. We were placed on the 3rd floor and had to go up and down the stairs with my 77 yr old mother. At least a heads up of the broke things would have been nice.

We saw a sign that the pool and hot tub are closed until further notice so that instantly bummed us but the lady checking us in was super nice and helpful. She gave us directions to the park so our 5 year old could run off some energy at least. The property itself was extremely nice.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and overall comfortable to be in. The woman who checked us in during the evening was very helpful and kind, showing great hospitality towards the comfort of me and my children. Breakfast is great, I don’t tend to care for complimentary breakfasts but we ate the breakfast provided both mornings. Also want to note, I accidentally left a high valuable item behind when I checked out and when I called a few hours later, the cleaning staff had turned it into the office and I was able to easily come back to retrieve it. Will absolutely stay again when I find myself up in the area visiting family again.

We were disappointed that we were given room 221, which we could tell immediately that there was a strong mold smell in the room. It was overpowering and sickening.There was no telephone so I went to from desk to report it. The staff person followed me to the room and I believe lied,saying he couldn't smell anything.This is so they could still rent the room out without remediation. We were given a different room and had to load up and move. The new room was fine

First i would like to say the staff is very good and the hotel is in very good condition. Now for negative. Carpet in the room felt sticky on my feet. Central exhaust in the bathroom did a very poor job of removing steam or moving air at all. Beds in my room were very hard. And the web site makes no mention of the freight train that runs 4 or more times throughout the night right behind the hotel. For these reasons we will not be staying at this location again.

We rode all day in the heat anticipating jumping in the pool only to find out upon arrival that the pool wasn’t in service. We get to the room to find it HOT with bugs and dirty towels still in the room. Front desk only offered to leave a note for housekeeping

I was expecting a little more the hotel afterward the money I paid. The room was ok. The lights didn’t work they were flickering which is a safety issues/concern in most cases. The lap shades were all bent and busted up, the tv lost signal so I had to fix it, the carpet was disgusting looking. And a big thing for me was I couldn’t close the black out curtains so I didn’t have a street light shining in my face all night, or the sun walking me up at 7:30am. I’m glad I have a brain that works, because I had to fix all the issues I had myself. Honestly super 8 or a Motel would’ve been just as good if not better than that holiday Inn. Plus no POOL!!! Felt like I paid for pool access that was shut down. We wanted to swim! Also no upgrades on the outlets with charging stations. One outlet was loose. Overall just bad.

It was conveniently located. The air conditioner in the room turned on every 10-15 minutes, all day and night, and was very very loud. I ordered a suite because I needed to work. There was a nice table and two chair BUT no light in the area and could not be moved to an area with light. SO stupid. Breakfast was ok but the giant yogurt frig was empty.

The man working counter was very nice, but this morning when I told the women I left hairdryer in room she was a very perturbed that I bothered her. I was trying to be kind and she was very cranky, there was not a hairdryer in the room and the maintence guy brought one up that attached to the wall. I asked that it be reattached till after we left. She was very rude that I even bothered her but I did not want to be charged for pulling it off the wall which I did not do. People in the hospitality business are supposed to be kind not bothered to talk to a guest.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the lobby presented us with lots of options, and everyone had full tummies with which to start the day. Our room was clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel. We lost our room key a half a dozen times, and the staff was always quick to give us another. Check-out was just like check-in: quick and easy. The only negative thing I can say about our stay was that the elevator made strange noises and sometimes it was scary to ride in it because you didn’t know if it was about to give out!

The woman who checked me in was not only exceptionally friendly and warm; but she impressed me with her knowledge on languages. She sparked up easy and great conversation then saw to it my room was more than spotless before I entered it. Overall great experience besides the loud neighbor really early & construction around going late. I'll be happy to stay again because of the front desk attendant though.

Cleaning staff walked right into our room, no knocking. I found it really strange. No one helped us check out, that was inconvenient. The air conditioner worked great and the room was decent. Pool was half empty, and I assume closed. Wish that we would’ve known before hand.

One night stay, the power went out after midnight and didn't come back on until 7am. My husband has a CPAP machine and needless to say we didn't get any sleep. The staff said it was the weather but when you looked outside other places of business had electricity so IDK about that. The beds weren't comfortable at all but everything was very clean. The breakfast could use some help too, everything was luke warm or hard. I love this chain of hotels so I don't know what happened here but they could use some guideness and some help before they bring this chain down.
