Parkering anbefales i Kungsgaragen. Pga trafik og vejarbejde var det svært at nå frem. Dyrt 450 s.kr. Langt at gå til værelse fra reception. Kaffe kan laves på gangen. Kop og kapsel medbringes fra værelset. Morgenmad fin og varieret. Hotel fint til kort ophold.

Bra sängar, bekväma och goa kuddar, OBS! Viktigt:-) Centralt, perfekt när vi gick ut och shoppade. Jättegod frukost och mysig miljö. Minus är parkeringen, den är alldeles för dyr, vi fick åka bort till Femman och parkera på kvällen tills dagen efter, deras maxtaxa/dygn är 180kr jämfört med 450kr i garaget ni har avtal med.

Fine hotel - we spent 2 nights. However, don't go if you have a car. We received a parking ticket (600SEK) because the hotel gave us false information about the parking times. Upon arrival, we specifically asked the receptionist about the parking rules, as we weren't 100% sure when looking at the parking machine. Without any hesitation, the receptionist clearly explained where to park and how long we could park. The next morning, we got a parking ticket. When mentioning it at the reception, they then showed us a document that explicitly explained where to park, parking times, how and where to pay, etc. We asked them why they didnt show it to us upon arrival and were informed, that they only show it, if customers ask for it. How can anyone ask for a document if they don't know it exist? Also, the receptionist asked us if we knew who had given us the false information since we weren't the only ones who had received a parking ticket that day. Obviously, we have no idea of who the different receptionists are - but if they know that this is a problem for multiple guest and that they are responsible for it, they could at least have covered the parking fine, given us a discount on the parking fee or hotel. But no. Instead, W went on to pay 350 SEK for the next 24 hoirs of parking. In total, 950 SEK for a two-day stay. Just wow.

Charming property with a lot of charisma. Only remark would be because of the age of the property, the elevators had to be retrofitted which makes for a quirky access.

A good hotel with a super location in a nice part of town. Very quiet room with soundproof windows. Parking of a car is very expensive, 450 SKR, pr day and the parking is away from the hotel. Beware it says 350 SKR in the app, but that is - according to the receptionist - winter rates!!! We hit the breakfast buffet at 9AM, and it was not very well looked after, items were missing or running out and it was not being restocked. It looked like leftovers in some places. However much you want to be fighting foodwaste, which is admirable, a professional breakfast buffet has to be looking appealing while service is open.

Parking offsite is inconvenient

The parking service at the hotel is expensive. The tap in the bathtube was confusing to use. Other than these two things, the hotel very clean and confortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Trevlig hotell med centralt läge och bra service. Dock tråkigt att baren stängde ganska tidigt för att vara en lördagkväll. Bra standardfrukost men det lilla extra saknades. Parkeringshus finns tillgängligt 10 min promenad därifrån.

Tyvärr inte en trevlig vistelse alls. Smutsigt och nedgångna lokaler. Bra läge och trevlig personal men inte tillräckligt för att väga upp.

Rummet var inte ren, golvet var dammigt och det låg hår på golvet i duschen.

I had expected more from my stay at Hotel Flora. It all started before we even arrived. I called the hotel to ask about parking options and was told they had access to a garage and that you could also park along the canal. When I asked what the street parking cost, I got a slightly dismissive response and was told to look it up myself. That surprised me. Parking has to be one of the most common questions hotel guests ask. It would make sense to have that information ready. For reference, it’s 32 SEK per hour between 8 am and 10 pm, Monday to Saturday. When we got access to the room, the disappointment continued. It felt very bare and uninspiring. The space wasn’t terrible, just dull. A couple of paintings or some simple decor would have made a big difference and created a more welcoming atmosphere. The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness. As soon as I stepped into the bathroom, I noticed what looked like black mold underneath the mirror. It didn’t look new. If I could spot it within seconds, it’s hard to understand how it had been missed during cleaning. On top of that, the sink was clogged, which made it difficult to wash your hands properly. The only real positive was the young man working the night shift. He was genuinely friendly and helpful, and he deserves credit for that. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

Efter att ha bost här många gånger tidigare blev jag tyvärr så pass besviken vid senaste besöket att det blir sista gången för min del. Rummet var i dåligt skick med färg avskavd på väggarna, repiga sängbord, trasig halllampa och synlig damm på fönsterlisterna. Som om det inte vore nog var fönstren helt blockerade av byggställningar från pågående renoveringsarbeten. Att då behöva betala fullpris, och dessutom ett saftigt sådant, känns inte rimligt.Att rummet hade en så gammal TV att den bara visade tre kanaler och inte gick att koppla till paddan för att casta film var en total besvikelse. Frukosten hade tappat i kvalitet jämfört med mina tidigare besök, och även restaurangen där den serverades hade slitna väggar. Det är tydligt att hela hotellet behöver fräschas upp ordentligt. Det enda som höll samma höga standard var personalen för de är fortsatt fantastiska, trevliga och serviceminded. Både i receptionen men också i frukostsalen på morgonen. Lobbyn är också fortsatt trevlig att slå sig ner i,även om både alkoholfri öl, och ingredienser till drinkar var slut. Men tyvärr räcker inte detta när resten av upplevelsen haltar så pass mycket. För de priser hotellet tar ut förväntar jag mig betydligt bättre skötsel och underhåll. Jag hoppas de tar tag i detta, men jag kommer själv leta mig vidare till andra alternativ.

Vi är mer än nöjda med vår vistelse hos Hotel Flora. Vi blev mycket vänligt mottagna, rummet var rent och praktiskt, badrummet väl tilltaget, duschen fungerade utmärkt. Inga störande ljud på natten, god sömn i skön säng. Mycket rikligt utbud och god frukost, vad mer kan man önska sig? Vi kommer tillbaka!

Our room was quite plain and very dusty. There was also a lack of towels. We found our room extremely noisey on Friday and Saturday night til 3am. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. It isnt anything too fancy, but it was well-prepared and presented.

Toppenläge och väldigt trevlig personal. Liten men helt OK frukost. Rummen är dock slitna och saknar AC. Det skulle behöva renoveras.

Great boutique hotel! We had the XL room- very spacious and beautifully decorated. Great location.

Værelset rent men lidt mørkt

Mycket mysigt hotell med ett jättebra läge. Vi hade utsikt över vallgraven, jättefint med Göteborg i vinterskrud. Rent och fräscht överallt, lagom stor frukostbuffé med gott bröd, fräscha produkter och juicer samt bra service.

Madrassen er under al kritik,vi kunne mærke fjedern igennem topmadressen hvilket var rigtigt ubehageligt, de trænger virkeligt til en udskiftning. Badeværelsets døren kunne vi ikke lukke almindeligt skulle låse hele tiden.

Tycker det var bra och prisvärt. Lite långt från stationen om man har lite att bära på, men var där för nöje då det gjorde inget. Det som drar ner poängen lite var att när andra gäster stänger sina dörrar/ eller om de låter de slå igen så hördes det väldigt väl. Jag var där på en helg. Så när jag ville sova och andra ut och parta så vaknade jag varje gång av dörrarna. Men natt mellan söndag och måndag var det lugnt och skönt.

Rummet var väldigt slitigt, super varmt, ingen AC fick öppna fönstret ut till gatan. Mycket larm från gatan från kl 5 vilket var förväntat, men hade inte förväntat att AC inte fungerade. Frukosten var bra och det var bra läge, men inte till priset.

Vi bokade ett litet rum för en övernattning. Rummet är verkligen litet, helt ok. Varm sommarnatt utan luftkonditionering. Det blev väldigt varmt för om vi öppnade fönstren så kom oljud från gatan... Toppen läge för shopping, restauranger etc. God frukost.

Duschen hade ett fönster ut mot hallen - nån slags designide säkert - men man kunde, om man velat, stått i hallen och haft ögonkontakt med den som satt på toa, om man nu velat - mycket udda. Även den rosa färgen och de rosa leopardmönstrade väggfälten är något man kanske kunde sätta annan färg på. Men hotellet, personalen och läget är utmärkt. Vi valde ett familjerum men det var två 140cm sängar, trångt för fyra och vi sov skavfötters. Rummet var varmt och saknade AC. Öppna fönster funkade men det var högljutt från gatan. Läget på hotellet är mycket bra men rummet var i bästa fall porrigt och i sämsta fall smaklöst inrett.

Very bad the room was cold my kid got sick because of the room temprature the bed was awful and the service was terrible i asked to change the room because it was cold inside and the bed was small they told me to pay extra never ever this hotel again and do not recommend it as well!!!

We were 7 staying at the hotel for a girlie weekend. Despite prior requests to have the rooms near each other there seemed to have been no effort to do this. We asked one room to be moved as it was noisy and unsuitable and we were charged extra for the priviledge even though the new room seemed the same size. Simple requests such as cocktails and coffee in the lobby were met with unfriendly responses and a long wait. The breakfasts were excellent and the XL room was a super space. The terrace in the middle of the hotel was a nice touch but the walls are a bit ugly and unkempt. The coffee machines in the corridor would have been ok if there were more. The area around the hotel is great with shopping and restaurants. There was no noise disturbances at all. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. A little more warmth and customer service from the staff would have been appreciated. Probably won't stay there again but loved the area and the frontage of the hotel.

Hotellet ligger fortrinligt midt i Göteborg - nemt fra færgen og kort til byen. Værelset var stort og rent. Desværre var der problemer med opvarmningen, men da vi nævnte det i receptionen, bliv det klaret i løbet af den efterfølgende dag. Det var vi godt tilfredse med

Locayed right in the heart of the city, you can walk to gistorical placrs and restaurants. There is a market nearby as well. The breakfast was self service and very good. Right in front is a public space for hanging out and having a drink or meal

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Great value. The location is superb- we could walk everywhere. I highly recommend

Super beliggenhed

Rummet var trevligt men lite slitet. Sängarna jättesköna! Frukosten var fantastiskt bra och vi åt även middag i samma restaurang. Åt det absolut bästa kalvschnitzel jag någonsin ätit! God, vällagad och lagom innovativ! Mycket nöjd med vår vistelse.

I det stora hela en väldigt fin helg. Frukosten var väldigt hårt ansträngd när vi var där och personalen hann inte fylla på utan väldigt mycket var slut. Vi sov där två nätter och söndagens frukost var helt utan klagomål medan lördagens kändes som det var alldeles för lite personal för att de skulle hinna med. Lite "träig" serveringspersonal på fredag kvällen också där min dotter tappade en gaffel och personalen inte gav henne en ny utan lät den gamla ligga kvar, trots att vi sa till. Han tyckte vi skulle använda en annan i stället. Fine... Men en gaffel som legat på golvet ska inte ligga kvar på bordet. Små saker som drar ner helhetsintrycket i en övrigt väldigt trevlig vistelse. Rummet, Large var väldigt fint, skönt säng, härlig design, och stort rymligt badrum .

Fantastiskt boende! Frukosten är fenomenal. Så gott och väl utvalda produkter. Toppen!

Frukosten var en en lagom avskalad buffé (jag saknade inget) där man tydligt satsat på kvalité framför kvantitet. Bra bröd, mycket egengjort och färskpressad råsaft av olika varianter. Mycket hög nivå!

Lite varmt i rummet, men bra fläktar! Kanonmysig personal, bra frukost , förutom den vanliga besvikelsen över äggröra på pulver (vilket är standard numera.. :)

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel, and very good breakfast buffet with vegan options as a standard choice.

Härlig frukost med gott bröd, pålägg, yoghurt, granola, äggröra, bacon, frukt etc. Mkt fräscht och fint upplagt. Daglig städning av rummet, trevlig personal och mycket centralt läge med nära till ”allt”.
