The room was beautiful with a wonderful balcony overlooking the grounds and the cliffs above the Ebro River- a few hundred yards walk away. The staff were really helpful - allowing us to check-in to our room before 5.00 pm. Only disadvantage was the hot walk into town as we couldn't get food so had to drive to supermarket which stocked everything you would need. A real beautiful gem of a hotel

Awful stay here - it took staff 25 minutes to arrive after I called them the lady on the phone was ridiculously rude. Upon arrival, he didn’t say hello just asked for my passports and gave me a key - I asked where do I go and he pointed down the corridor . No restaurant available or bar to have. When having to leave early we had no clue where to leave the keys or money we used for the bar. It also smelt like pickle down the corridors ! Would not recommend!

Our stay was ok. However, it was expensive for what was on offer in March. Breakfast was very limited in choice. Hotel was shut, we arrived 30 minutes before check in and had to wait in the car with no telephone reception! There was a hotel telephone direct through to reception in a box by the door, but no answer when called. Wifi was available once in the hotel.
