Bra läge. Små rum, men helt ok. Möjligen hade AC varit bra att ha då det var 35 grader varmt. En fläkt fanns dock

Personally, the room I was assigned wasn't the most suitable. It was old, the shower was super small, and it didn't have air conditioning. There were other modern and very nice rooms. I looked at them, but I was given the worst one. The location was excellent, very close to the BERNINA EXPRESS station, just three minutes away. The surroundings were very pretty.

It was ok for one night. Basic accommodation but good location. No irons available at this hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, with a clean room and a great breakfast. Friendly service and a great location. I recommend air conditioning in the room.

Hotel ist sauber. Scheinbar gibt es kein restaurant betrieb mehr. Aber die rezeption ist bis 24uhr besetzt. Die zimmer zur straße sind etwas laut. An heißen tagen kann man wohl eine klimaanlage anschalten. Das personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Great location in center of town. 10-15 minutes on foot from bus station. We even found a laundromat 10 minute walk away. Contrary to what Expedia says, there is a reception desk that's open. Very nice room, regular size for European city hotels. There are nice shops nearby, great gelato place across the street in the Galleria. Herbalist shop on town plaza close to hotel. Heat, A.C., fridge in room. Coffee bar in lobby. Five minute walk to station for Bernina Express.

Severely understaffed. There was a group of about 30, who were split between 2 hotels ( that's very poor) I had to wait until they had all been dealt with, irrespective of my place In The queue. I booked this hotel because it had secure parking but was told it wasn't avalablee due to a festival in Town. Broken electric fittings = dangerous. Mouldy grout in shower. The lady in reception was fabulous. Management cannot thank her enough. Give her a big bonus. As for the management/owners, they should not be in hospitality. They are in it for greed. The hotel is tired

Ottimo hotel in posizione ideale. Comodo il parcheggio non interno ma molto vicino ed ad un prezzo ragionevole. La nostra camera (superior) era molto bella e comoda. Ottimo comfort nel letto e nei cuscini. Colazione sufficiente. Servizio cortese.

L'hôtel est proche de la gare et facilement accessible à pied. J'ai réservé une chambre triple, très simple mais il faisait très chaud et la chambre n'est pas équipé de ventilateur ni de climatisation, nous avons étouffé durant la nuit et il n'y avait qu'une seule fenêtre que nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir en grand car il y avait beaucoup de moustiques dans la ville. La salle de bain était difficilement accessible pour les grands gabarits car étroite et l'eau chaude sous la douche n'était pas facilement réglable (peut-être qu'il ne restait plus d'eau chaude ce soir là). Autrement la nuitée était peu onéreuse.

Buon hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione bus/treno del Bernina, bar, ristoranti supermercati nelle vicinanze. Personale molto gentile. Avevo una camera standard, con bagno ampio e camera piccola ma confortevole (aria condizionata, acqua all'arrivo, frigobar). Colazione inclusa buona e varia. Da migliorare la pulizia (calcare e muffa sui muri visibili nel bagno).

Although our stay was comfortable and the check in and check out was easy the hotel feels like it needs updating. The doors have standard keys without a dead bolt from the inside of the room. The laminate covering of the bedroom door was peeling away. Dated bathroom with mould above the shower. It wasnt expensive and very convenient for a 1 night stop over travelling between St Moritz and Anzio. Despite the updating required, I would stay here again for 1 or 2 night stop over. Travelled with husband and 2 teens (15&13) and shared a family room whilst interrailing.

Nice quiet place with incredible staff (Silvana). Clean room, great for the price, good breakfast. The transportation is close by ( Bernina express and central bus station)

We arrived a little before the 2pm check-in time and the hotel was closed and in darkness. No one turned up to open up until after 2pm and we were starting to think we would have to find somewhere else to stay. Check in was fine, but we had to fine somewhere else to eat as the restaurant was closed all evening, which we were not made aware of before we arrived. The hotel generally was in good condition as seemed clean. Our room however was a different story! It was quite modern and well decorated but in the bathroom, there was a mirror with a light above it. This light was splattered with a significant amount of dry blood. I went to report this to the reception and there was no one there. I waited for around 15 minutes and other guests had come to reception and were waiting too. Still no receptionist and no other staff as the receptionist was running the bar, which was left completely unmanned, and the restaurant was closed. After 15/20 minutes I couldn’t wait any longer and returned to my room without the issue being addressed. I was later told that the receptionist had “nipped out” leaving no staff on site at all! There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and I couldn’t buy one from the bar as, you guessed it, no staff there. If you are visiting Tirano, I’d suggest finding another hotel.

The rooms have been upgraded with great aesthetically quaint pretty.The room is spacious and functional, however cleanliness is superficial, there is a serious dust problem, the headboard is made of animal skin that needs dusting and treating. If you have heard of house dust mite allergies you will have a problem here. Secondly the property is in need of an upgrade. The carpets in Lobby, elevator and hallways are FILTHY! Overall experience was good but these issues listed are a serious consideration to look elsewhere if available. If I hear that property management is addressing these issue I would again rate the property as excellent.

his hotel does not deserve a 3 star rating. It was more like a nice hostel. There wasn't enough water to take a shower, the refrigerator barely ran, and there were dirty rugs/walls.

Jättetrevlig personal men tyvärr var golvet i rummen väldigt smutsiga.

Unser Economy Zimmer hatte ein sehr, sehr kleines Bad.

Good option for one night but the room and bathroom are too small.

Very old style hotel needs updating

I got the suite and it was wonderful. Great location to the train and everything to see in town. Staff was very nice!

Friendly receptionist. The room that I got wasn't quite like the one in pictures. In general, it was clean, but quite small. The shower stall was especially tight. Sheets and towels were clean and fresh, but the bed mattress was really thin and soggy. It was a really short walk from the station. Okay for 1 night. Won't recommend for a longer stay.

Lite slitet. Svårt att påverka rumstemperaturen samt en del störande ljud från gatutrafiken p.g.a dålig fönsterisolering. I övrigt bra. Frukosten var bra och hotellets läge var utmärkt

Das Hotel liegt praktisch gelegen in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Bei der Ankunft war ich positiv überrascht, dass es eine Reception hatte und es KEIN Self-Chek-In Hotel ist. Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnte sogar früher einchecken. Das Zimmer und Bad war Tipp Topp Sauber. Das Bett war mir zu hart. Das Frühstück ist Continental und einfach gehalten, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen Früchten und Gebäck.Ich komme gerne wieder.

We arrived by train the hotel was central and very pleasant. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful. If I visit Tirano again I will stay here again

Superfint hotell 5 min promenad från tågstationen. 5 min promenad från gamla historiska stadskärnan där man promenera hur länge som helst, äta lunch eller middag på små mysiga restauranger. Fullkomligt älskar Italien💕💕💕

Well situated in the town close to the station shops bars and restaurants and good value.

O hotel estava em excelente condições de uso, fomos bem recepcionados, a cama era confortável e o café da manhã é muito bom. A localização é muito boa, está praticamente ao lado da estação de trem e do Bernina.

The hotel is old and really needs some updating of carpet and a good paint. The breakfast was just OK and the coffee not hot and staff not really welcoming at all at breakfast. I know they probably get mainly people staying just 1 night but I would not bother going back

Be aware. Rooms very small area. We had a double. Bed was about 30cm from wardrobe. Had to turn sideways to go past. We had to put one suitcase in bathroom as no other space. Bathroom was large. Shower good. Complimentary water. Check in lady was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was abundant. Bed was comfortable butbwe had to make it up when we arrived. Restaurant for dinner, walkable had best steak. Close to train station. For one night it was doable.
