I would have liked beach front instead of beach view. Siting outside there was to much street noise and the fan noise from the roof of the building nexts to the resort.The room was very clean and cozy. Love the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided. The coffee that was provided was also amazing.The pool is very nice. The hot tub was very nice I just wish other would follow the rules no kids under 16. Two of the nights we went down to relax and there were so many little kids. Jumping in and out. Other than that we had a wonderful time. It’s still was worth it to spend time together.

Stayed with my husband and kids (13,10,7). We loved the size of the room, it was huge and had everything we needed. We received a partial oceanview room on the 13th floor, with views of the ocean and city. Check in was easy at the front desk in the north tower. I had to go receive wristbands and listen to a guy trying to get me to go to a 1 hour tour, which i had to refuse 4 times before he dropped it. That took around 8 minutes. We used the pool area one day, which was great, but busy! People were saving spots as early as 8 AM, which limited space where we could sit. We had one lounge chair for all 5 of us. The lazy river and water slide pool are not heated and were very cold, but the kids still used them. Kids area and main pool were heated. There was acess to the beach from the pool area. The sun did dissapear behind the highrises around 1 PM, which left the pool area in the shade, which i hadn't thought about, but was obviously not anyones fault. There is an arcade area on the 4th floor which my kids enjoyed. Overall, we had a great time and were very impressed with the resort and the cleanliness.

We struggled with having hot water for 2 days and the property in had one main way of communication which was a through text. No one ever answered when we called the desk. The staff members that we did interact with were friendly. The facility did have a lot of things to do.

The only real complaints we had, my girlfriend and I, were the next we didn't have a jetted tub in our room as advertised, and the parking garage got full very quickly every night. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Room was perfect for our stay, amenities at the resort were amazing, not crowded at all for Christmas new year week, only disappointment was parking, coming in late from the track parking was difficult, we did manage to avoid the timeshare hassle by checking in late (11:30) and up early ((7:30) to get armbands from guest services and didn’t have to go thru the winners circle

My friend found some cheap flights to Fla, so we shopped around for a hotel on the beach. This was perfect! Great views, clean, friendly...lots to do. We took advantage of the outdoor hot tub every day! Nice!

Place was so much nicer than I anticipated. Would happily stay again. I was disappointed with communication in regards to parking situation and check out procedures. Still so happy with my stay regardless.

Love the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided. The coffee that was provided was also amazing.The pool is very nice. The hot tub was very nice I just wish other would follow the rules no kids under 16. Two of the nights we went down to relax and there were so many little kids. Jumping in and out. Other than that we had a wonderful time. It’s still was worth it to spend time together.

I was offered an upgrade to a two bedroom suite a couple weeks prior. What an amazing view of the bandshell and plenty of space! Beds were comfortable and property was clean! I will try to book the exact room for next year!

Stay was great. Room was good. Only thing we had issue with was your description of our particular room did not mention that our room was an inside room , and the window was a window out to the hallway. That saw the outside. So it was a little downer when we checked in that we didn’t have a window directly to see the outside. We did a little more digging, and On Wyndham’s own website their was that transparent description of basically being an inside cabin on a cruise ship. So maybe a little more transparency in the description so people don’t get blindsided. Overall great stay.

Needed a getaway and time with my sister. I booked this resort unsure of what to expect. The ease of check in was great. The staff was very friendly and professional. All of our needs were anticipated! Tue beds were beyond comfortable! And the location was definitely prime! I will definitely stay again!!

Loved the wrap around balcony and how close we were to everything. There's not much in the way of cooking pans and skillets especially for five people. And they're definitely would not be enough for eight people.

We were set to return to Wyndham Ocean Walk. We love this resort. We booked this room with host and they did not submit our information to Wyndham. Therefore, there was no record of our reservation. We tried for hours to contact the host. No answer and no response. We contacted Vrbo. They hung up on us and refused to give us our money back. We had to scramble to find a new room. So maybe this room is beautiful, we don’t know because we didn’t get in. And had to eat all of our money.
We were set to return to Wyndham Ocean Walk. We love this resort. We booked this room with host and they did not submit our information to Wyndham. Therefore, there was no record of our reservation. Our flight to Daytona Beach was cancelled after we got onto the plane due to a lack of air traffic controllers during the government shutdown. I immediately contacted Wyndham Resorts to cancel our 2-night reservation. Wyndham said their policy is to not issue refunds for unused nights under any circumstance. I was issued a refund from American Airlines, JetBlue and Budget - but nothing from Wyndham. Not even a credit for unused room cleaning and utilities. When I told them that most of the travel industry is being supportive of travelers who are grounded, they didn’t bother to respond. Wyndham is truly a horrific organization. Spend you money elsewhere where you’ll be appreciated and treated fairly, not just a revenue stream!

We received a partial oceanview room on the 13th floor, with views of the ocean and city. Check in was easy at the front desk in the north tower. I had to go receive wristbands and listen to a guy trying to get me to go to a 1 hour tour, which i had to refuse 4 times before he dropped it. That took around 8 minutes. We used the pool area one day, which was great, but busy! People were saving spots as early as 8 AM, which limited space where we could sit. We had one lounge chair for all 5 of us. The lazy river and water slide pool are not heated and were very cold, but the kids still used them. Kids area and main pool were heated. There was acess to the beach from the pool area. The sun did dissapear behind the highrises around 1 PM, which left the pool area in the shade, which i hadn't thought about, but was obviously not anyones fault. There is an arcade area on the 4th floor which my kids enjoyed. Overall, we had a great time and were very impressed with the resort and the cleanliness.

We struggled with having hot water for 2 days and the property in had one main way of communication which was a through text. No one ever answered when we called the desk. The staff members that we did interact with were friendly. The facility did have a lot of things to do.

The property was very clean and neat. Everything that was needed was there and if you wanted anything the staff provided it quickly. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Room was perfect for our stay, amenities at the resort were amazing, not crowded at all for Christmas new year week, only disappointment was parking, coming in late from the track parking was difficult, we did manage to avoid the timeshare hassle by checking in late (11:30) and up early ((7:30) to get armbands from guest services and didn’t have to go thru the winners circle

Needed a getaway and time with my sister. I booked this resort unsure of what to expect. The ease of check in was great. The staff was very friendly and professional. All of our needs were anticipated! Tue beds were beyond comfortable! And the location was definitely prime! I will definitely stay again!!

We had an issue with the TV in the living room. Called maintenance 3 days in a row. They tried to deal with the issue, but it was never fixed. We could not get channels 37. The other channels would come in and out. The electrical outlet in the kitchen that I plugged the coffee pot into is really loose. I did not know this until I unplugged the coffee pot today. We we enjoyed the unit and would certainly rent it again. Hopefully with a fixed TV.

I was offered an upgrade to a two bedroom suite a couple weeks prior. What an amazing view of the bandshell and plenty of space! Beds were comfortable and property was clean! I will try to book the exact room for next year!

Loved the wrap around balcony and how close we were to everything. There's not much in the way of cooking pans and skillets especially for five people. And they're definitely would not be enough for eight people.

I would have liked beach front instead of beach view. Siting outside there was to much street noise and the fan noise from the roof of the building nexts to the resort.The room was very clean and cozy. Love the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided. The coffee that was provided was also amazing.The pool is very nice. The hot tub was very nice I just wish other would follow the rules no kids under 16. Two of the nights we went down to relax and there were so many little kids. Jumping in and out. Other than that we had a wonderful time. It’s still was worth it to spend time together.

Long time customer of Wyndham ocean walk and DB. Stayed here many times with kids and without. Have had various rentals. Lucked out with this king suite unit oceanfront. Clean and reasonably priced. Got to watch the storm front and raging waves when we couldn’t be outside was nice to be able to enjoy the view from the balcony. Highly recommend best place to stay on the shores. Pools, jacuzzis, lazy river, tiki bar and centrally located don’t need a car but is nice to drive the beach if you do have a car. Family friendly and welcoming. Easy check in. Negatives are high pressure sales people with good perks if you sit through meeting. We did not. Couch and bed a bit firm for personal preference and you must get to pool by 8 to get a seat, but overall the best on the beach. Enjoy!
