Kitchen fan or something outside of room window made plenty of noise and was turned on early. Room had no curtains. Was absolutely boiling in the room. View from the room was of a burned out car at the back of the property. Rooms are really outdated, TV wouldn’t work properly. Door missing off wardrobe. Food finished at 8:30, we got there at around quarter past and was told the kitchen was closed. Bar staff were lovely to be fair and the breakfast was really nice but I wouldn’t stay here again, did not sleep well at all

Just used the hotel for an overnight stop to break a long journey up. Handily located for docks and town centre a 10-15 minute walk. Staff were helpful and friendly and we were able to check in early. Excellent breakfast choice and quality. Only slight issue our bathroom floor was soaked from a water leak and the hot tap on the sink was detached.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good , just a bit noisy because our room was at the front there was a lot of traffic passing through. Room was very clean . Good value.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Large room with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, excellent ham in the eggs benedict.

We were first to arrive for breakfast. We waited 1 hour to receive our meal. The food, scrambled egg on toast was and a cooked, was OK. Unfortunately we had to eat it quickly and rush on. The website and reviews share about best breakfast buffet - didn't exist. Menu was one sheet to find at the bar. ... etc
