Property was clean and the room was large. Air con worked a treat on the warmer days. We did not eat at the property, but there is a nice Italian next door. The underground is nearby, but far enough to not hear it. Complimentary cold water tap found on a few floors is a nice touch. Highly recommend this property.

O hotel é simples, mas muito bom! O quarto tem um bom tamanho, com cama confortável e o banheiro com chuveiro muito bom! A localização é a que mais se destaca! Há 20min andando da Catedral e da Ilha dos Museus e a 15 minutos andando do Portão de Brandenburge. Perto de rede de fast food como Mc e KFC. Além disso, com fácil acesso ao metrô. O hotel dispõe de espaço para deixar suas malas e em alguns andares tem pontos para encher garrafa de água gelada e quente.

Veldig god service fra resepsjonen. Både rom og bad var romslige, gode senger, fint å kunne åpne vinduet. Klesskap med noen hengere, ellers ingen plass for å pakke opp tøy fra kofferten. Safe på rommet. Savnet kjøleskap. Automater for kjøp av snacks og drikke, både mineralvann og øl. Gratis å hente seg både varmt og kaldt vann, te. Vi droppet frokosten på hotellet, fant en frokostkafe bare 150 meter unna. Ellers lå hotellet veldig sentralt, gangavstand til mange severdigheter. Hop on/Hop off-bussene hadde stopp ved Checkpoint Charlie.

Great location and good amenities in the surrounding area. Front of House staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast looked very nice although we didn’t have it. Checked in straight from the airport and luggage storage available free of charge and after we checked out as flight not until the evening. Thoroughly recommend!’

Das Personal ist toll, inzwischen gibt es dort auch eine Bar die jedoch für das Angebot und Ambiente weniger preiswürdig ist (Mineralwasser ohne Kohlensäure, 0,7 l für 6,50 €; 05l Weißbier für 5,50€...). Für ein oder zwei Nächte Business Aufenthalt aber durchaus okay, ich bin Wiederholungstäter und werde dies bleiben!

The hotel was centrally located to all the things we wanted to see in Berlin- Checkpoint Charlie, the Wall, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, etc. The room had A/C!!!!! WooHoo! Bed was comfortable. Had a vending maching with expensive but cold drinks. All plusses! Now for the down side- Parking. Expect to walk about 15 minutes to the nearest 24/7 parking deck. We spent about 55 euros for just shy of 48 hours. Check-in took about 30 minutes due to one desk clerk to about 20 guests, but it did go smoothly once we finally got our turn. Our one Pet Peeve: The desk clerks calling our room and waking us up while we were trying to sleep to tell us we had a package at that front desk. My husband insisted that we did not. The caller said ok, then called back a few minutes later and literally argued with my husband insisting we had a package. My husband had to ask what name was on the package, the caller said "Your name", my husband then gave out our last name and then the caller said that was not the name on the package (Basically wrong room number- the desk staff never checked to see if the name on the package matched the name of the guest in the room). VERY ANNOYING.

A perfectly located hotel. Close to U-bahn station that easily will take you all over Berlin. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotels Parking is just around the block, perfect for us who travelled by car. Nice and clean rooms.

For the positives: the hotel is in a good location and the price was reasonable. The bed was large and comfortable, check in/out was easy, and the tea/water stations were a nice bonus. For the negatives: it didn't feel clean - the bathroom was in a state, the carpets were stained, and the shelves looked quite dirty. The clothes hangers were fixed, which meant t-shirts had to go on the shelves, and was awkward to use. My stay was 4 days/3 nights and there wasn't cleaned/refreshed towels provided (even after leaving them in the shower). There were loud noises on 2 nights (sounded from the climate control system) that woke us up.

Die Unterkunft war leider sehr unsauber und abgewohnt. Alle Wände massiv dreckig. Über all Schlieren, Kratzer und Verschmutzungen an den Wänden. Die Fußleiste war lose und der Teppich war bei der Ankunft sehr verschmutzt. Der Teppich ist sowieso nicht für ein Hotel geeignet. Nur mit Socken drüber laufen und schon ist der dreckig. An einem Abend haben mich im Bad 3 Silberfischchen angesehen. Silberfische waren immer wieder dort. Egal ob am Waschbecken in der Dusche oder unter den Handtüchern. Als das Hotel neu war, ist es bestimmt schick in den Zimmern gewesen. Das war leider nicht der Fall als ich dort war. Das Hotel an sich ist aber schick und modern. Mir wurde auch ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Als ich dort war, war es ähnlich. Ich blieb im Zimmer und zog den Aufenthalt nur durch.

Well located hotel for tourists, within walking distance of Brandenburg Gates, Tiergarten, Topography of Terror Museum with nearby U Bahn stations. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and the Asian Restaurant at the hotel offers an excellent variety of freshly cooked dishes at a good price. Our room was quiet with sufficient space and a comfortable bed. The split system AC was appreciated. The room did not include a fridge or kettle but there was chilled and hot water on tap, plus complementary tea making facilities, at stations located throughout the accommodation. Unfortuately our shower recess contained areas of black mould which detracted from our overall experience.

Amazing hotel. Room is super small, but every single nook and cranny is made to make the most out of the space. I would live in that little cubicle if I could! Everything is very efficient, colorful, cozy and clean! Location is great, close to the subway and staff is friendly! LOVED IT!

I arrived early and they were able to hold my bags so I could explore a bit. The attached restaurant had a great bento box lunch deal. Room was spacious and tidy. Fresh bottled water and tea provided. Comfortable beds and linens. Excellent access to everything either via walking or train. I came for the marathon and it was perfect as it was close to the start/finish. I am super happy with my stay.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, os funcionários são super gentis, muito educados, ajudam com tudo. A cama é super gostosa, o chuveiro é ótimo (tem bastante pressão) e o café da manhã buffet delicioso. Com várias opções, muito bom mesmo! Tem dois restaurantes do lado do hotel e o check point charlie bem pertinho também andando. Eu voltaria com certeza!

This was an affordable and well located property but it wasn’t a great stay. From a weird smell in the lobby to a dark and basic vibe, to the staff who were not super accommodating, it was kind of meh. Also, I misunderstood an email I got about their air conditioning install, and needlessly boiled during a heat wave. Wish they’d spelled. It out on site.

Excellent hotel in an amazing location for sightseeing - round the corner from Checkpoint Charlie. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel reception area and rooms are very modern and clean, very very smart and well above what I had expected. Beds very comfortable, I booked a single room expecting a box room but it had a double bed, plenty of storage area, and the bathroom and shower were prefect. My only slight issue was the noise from housekeeping in the corridors in the morning, banging the hoover against the wall and talking loudly from 9.30am onwards. This was disappointing and meant it was impossible to relax in my room in the morning. Overall though I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

great Hotel, well located, both form metro and to some touristy places. the staff is super nice and helpful and there are many choices for eating and going out. (although the Vietnamese rest at the hotel is fantastic) - they also offer to keep your suitcase wich is a great add-on at no extra cost. the only downside is the Breakfast price

O hotel é bom, com funcionários super profissionais, café da manhã nota 9 (não tem café de máquina), muito bem localizado em Berlim, a um quarteirão das linhas 2 e 6 do Metrô. Quarto amplo, sem guarda-roupa fechado ou gavetas, banheiro grande, limpo. Como quase todo hotel que chama atenção pelo design, não tem firulas extras.
