Everything was good. But the jacuzzi tub had a lot of calcium buildup and rust. Did not want to use it and that why we rented in the first place. So was disappointed in that. Other than that staff was very nice. And place outside was clean. Pool was dirty, not so clean.

Everything was GREAT, wanted to use the pool but due to excessive outings we didn't get to. But pool looked clean and inviting. The only bad thing was, check out time was 11am. Housekeeping knocked at 10:45 asking if we were staying another day. We were just about to step out and pack the vehicle..

I've stayed here numerous times before, but this time was not as expected. The bathroom cabinet was not clean. There was a puddle of water under the ice bucket tray on one end. On the other end of the cabinet was a large area of glue-like substance, or possibly hair gel, which wiped off with my Lysol wipes. Apparently the cabinet was not cleaned at all.

Overall it was good. AC was cold, the water was hot and good pressure. The fixtures need to be repaired and replaced, but they were useable. The bed could use a topper but it wasn’t terrible. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Nice coffee bar and morning snacks. Both ladies that checked us in and out were very pleasant. We would stay again.

I’m a simple person to please when it comes to hotel stays but this was the most uncomfortable. The beds were EXTREMELY hard. Woke up with back pain the next morning. The pillows were flat as can be. Stacking 2 pillows didn’t make up for 1 regularly stuffed and fluffed pillow. The room had an odor to it. Kinda smelled like a mixture of smoke and funk. The WiFi absolutely sucked. It would connect then disconnect a minute later. The “breakfast” was laughable and the coffee machine was out of order. The positives of this place is that the shower pressure was great and the staff is real friendly. That is all. If you’re really desperate and need a place to stay for 1 night, this would suffice.
