My long time best friend, who lives far from me, and my 2 teenage granddaughters had our 3rd annual beach vacation at Hampton Beach.We plan an doing this each year that we are able and hope to return to the same property next year.

My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property. Chris was an outstanding host, responsive when I had questions and accommodating with a special request. The house is close enough to the beach that I walked there with all my gear with no problem. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful weekend getaway for our son and his friends. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the short walk to the beach and downtown but also loved being off the main strip. I would definitely return.

This is the sweetest beach cottage! Perfect location, beautifully decorated and excellent communication. It snowed overnight and they had someone there in the morning to shovel and plow. I can’t wait to come back!
