Your accommodation: Ground floor • Entrance • Living room with large dining table • Fully equipped kitchen • Large living area with two lounge areas, sofas, fireplace, and TV • 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) • Shower room with toilet First floor • 3 bedrooms (2 of which are adjoining), each with a double bed (200x200 cm) - Possibility of an extra single bed (90x200 cm) • Lounge with French billiards • Bathroom with bathtub, shower, double vanity, and toilet Second floor • 2 bedrooms (one of which is a landing bedroom), each with a double bed (180x200 cm) Your outdoor space: You have access to a beautiful, fully enclosed garden with trees, flowers, a terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue for pure relaxation and convivial al fresco dining. An above-ground swimming pool is also available for your enjoyment from mid-May to the end of September (unheated pool - dimensions 3.70m x 7.50m). Your vehicles can be parked in the courtyard in front of the cottage (gate). PLEASE NOTE: The gate and the garden by the pool are under video surveillance to prevent any incidents. Cats are not allowed. One dog is accepted free of charge. - Included in the price: bed linen, towels, cleaning, and heating. - Additional charges: firewood for the fireplace during the winter (€80 per pack). Tourist tax. A bonus for staying cool: Villa Gastinoise is built of millstone with walls approximately 1 meter thick. In hot weather, to maintain a comfortable temperature of around 25 degrees Celsius, all shutters must be closed. There are 4 portable fans. There is a large, wooded park, and the option to eat on the north side, which is not exposed to the sun.
