Room was clean. Staff was very good. No breakfast. I did not see a bar, but II didn't look for a bar.

This is a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The only reason why I feel they didn’t get a 5 star from me is because they charged a fee for early check in (we were 2.5 hours early) and they charged a substantial fee for having a pet. Their website says “pet friendly” but you have to drill down in their site to find the fee. Seems a bit excessive! These two fees are as much as I paid for the room.

This property boasts a renovated property with upgraded rooms etc but that was far from the case. An almost 300 “suite” had missing lighting throughout the room, hole in the wall, non working thermostats, random furniture with exposed cabling…the list goes on. The worst part of the stay was that they didn’t inform guests of prior flooding so as soon as I got off the elevator I was greeted with a nasty and horrible musty stench and large, loud, industrial size fans throughout the hallway. Early in the morning I was woken to loud chain saw and buzzing noises as well. Skip this property until they get their act together.
