This hotel has an extraordinary views of Bahia Hermosa and the staff was very grateful as soon as I arrived they where able to get me accommodated to my room as soon as possible very friendly and comfy rooms

DO NOT STAY HERE Our stay was booked from June 3rd to June 10th, and the problems started almost immediately. What should have been a relaxing anniversary trip turned into a week of complaints, room changes, and unresolved maintenance issues. On June 3rd, we checked into our room and never even had the chance to fully unpack. Within hours, we found cockroaches, bugs, and spiders throughout the room. The lights were not functioning properly, and the refrigerator did not work. This was our first day at the resort. What followed was a week of ongoing issues. We were moved THREE separate times, yet every room seemed to have its own set of problems, including pests, cold showers, damaged windows, broken fixtures, lighting issues, and cleanliness concerns.One of the most concerning issues involved the doors and windows. Villas Sol posts notices throughout the resort warning guests not to leave doors or windows open, as raccoons and other wildlife are present on the property. We personally saw raccoons during our stay. Knowing that, how are guests being placed in rooms with broken windows that do not close or lock properly? Two of the three rooms we were moved to had windows that could not be properly secured. In another room, the front door did not seal to the ground, leaving a visible gap beneath it. Lizards, spiders, and insects entered our room through that opening. Maintenance was sent to “fix” it, but nothing meaningful was repaired. We ended up placing towels against the door
