Tutto potrebbe essere migliorato! Il riscaldamento in camera non funzionava, la colazione si e' fatta sul ciglio della porta al freddo nella hall , colazione comunque buona.

Our stay at Adagio Access Paris Ivry Confluence (September 3rd–7th) was disappointing, and we would not return. The air conditioning was already on when we arrived, but it produced a strong smell similar to food. The room also had an unpleasant, overly strong cleaning-product smell. The mattress was uncomfortable and, during our stay, both my girlfriend and I woke up with multiple bites. We cannot say for certain what caused them, but they did not look like mosquito bites, which left us concerned about the condition of the bed. The kitchenette is extremely small, with very little counter space, making cooking almost impossible. There was also no dish rack or proper space to leave dishes to dry. The bathroom was another issue. The shower had very weak pressure, yet the bathroom floor flooded after only a few minutes because there is no proper barrier, only a shower curtain. The curtain also blocks almost all the light, so you are basically showering in the dark. The outdoor area was poorly maintained, with cushions constantly left on the ground, some apparently for days. Finally, although check-out was at 11:00, a staff member knocked around 10 minutes before asking us to leave, and at around 11:05 someone entered the room while we were still inside, saying it had been reported as vacant. We understand being a few minutes late, but this was inappropriate. Far too many issues for one stay. We would not return.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war perfekt und es gab eine gute Auswahl. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war die Zimmerreinigung. Uns wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer täglich gereinigt wird, aber während unseres Aufenthalts von vier Nächten wurde es nur einmal gereinigt. Ansonsten war alles super. Wir würden trotzdem gerne wiederkommen.
