Great hotel, great location. Very modern and comfortable room. Like most parts of Montenegro, though, the staff are not friendly or welcoming. It’s as if they don’t like tourists. Very abrupt and short responses when you ask a question about the area or general information. Found that was the same across other parts of Montenegro too with the only friendly staff being from other countries. Big shame because the country is beautiful and this hotel is stunning but there is a massive gap in hospitality training and courtesy which makes it unlikely we will come back.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Rooms are well equipped and had the most comfy beds and best rain shower. Hotel is very clean and staff are quick to respond to requests.

This hotel was amazing, facilities available were also. We used restaurant 3 times, staff were attentive especially Shannon and Rajan. Only down side to this hotel which promotes healthy lifestyle is that clients are allowed to smoke where food is being served.

The hotel is amazing! I was just disappointed with two male staff at the property. Their response was just plain rude. I recognize that Tivat is not diverse so perhaps that influenced their approach towards me. Nevertheless, Jovana is a gem and was really really helpful. There's also another female staff at front desk that was great but I can't recall her name as the interaction was limited to 1 instance.
