Estinate Hotel Naha

L'établissement est trés bien situer pour accéder au centre ville et à l'embarcadère à pieds. Le stationnement d'un véhicule est problématique et coûteux. L'hôtel est propre, la chambre était très petite et la fenêtre donnait sur un mur mais c'était calme. Le petit déjeuner/brunch. ambiance mexicaine, est agréable. Pour découvrir le Nord de l'île en voiture il vaut mieux se positionner hors de Naha.

レストランとかおしゃれで良いのだが、リノベしている部屋以外は基本的にユニットバス・トイレなど設備が古く壁も薄い、施設の割には最近は割高感がある。ホテルエントランスにスロープがなくキャリーバッグが転がせずかなり不便

ホテルの建物自体は古く感じたが、浴室、トイレはリノベーション済みで非常にキレイ。 食事が非常に美味しくスタッフも明るく親切、また沖縄に来た時には是非、利用したいホテルでした。

該酒店環境和風格都較為舒適，酒店同時亦設有Community Room和Working Room，早餐既有沖繩特色亦相當有水準，推薦給那些獨自旅行的遊客去入住

Nice location coz the Miebashi station is like 5-6 minutes' walk. The hotel is awesome, and the system is quite unique coz you use your phone to order what rental items and amenities you want even room service. The common area serves free beer, and the food is amazing!! The staff was friendly too. Will be back again.

美味しい朝食の出るホテルでした！感動。 お部屋も清潔で必要なアメニティは全て揃っていました。洗面とお風呂への扉が少し不便ですが、まぁなんとか。ホテルの駐車場が無いので2ブロック先に停めにいかないと。なので、荷物が多いと大変です。後無料ではないです。

。還有happy hour (BEER) 1 小時(1杯) 給住宿者。可惜我們沒趕上。非常好的 住在10樓還有2個公眾地方可以使用(微波爐等)4樓也有洗衣設備! 飯店人員非常棒 櫃台及餐廳人員都會打招呼。給5+1星。自駕的 飯店後面有很多付費停車場! 我若有機會再去 一定這飯店!

Our stay at Estinate Hotel Naha was such a pleasant surprise! The location was incredibly convenient — just a quick and easy bus ride from the airport, and only a few minutes’ walk from the bus stop. It was very easy to find, which made arriving stress-free after a long flight. The hotel itself has such a cool and modern concept. The front desk is located at the bar, giving it a relaxed and social atmosphere — definitely not your typical hotel setup! We coincidentally arrived around 5 PM and were warmly welcomed with their free all-you-can-drink Orion Beer hour (5–6 PM daily). It was such a thoughtful and fun touch to start our trip with a taste of Okinawa. The staff were friendly, spoke excellent English, and took the time to explain all the amenities clearly. Our room was surprisingly spacious — much larger than most Japanese hotels. Even if you find your room on the smaller side, the hotel offers a common amenity room equipped with a microwave, stove, and other conveniences. There’s also a co-working office space if you need to get some work done, and a laundry room for longer stays. The location was perfect — within walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit in Naha. Overall, we loved everything about our stay. It’s modern, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for both travelers and remote workers. I’d highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again the next time I visit Okinawa!

スタッフの感じがよく、対応もよい。駐車場が少し離れてて先にチェックインで紙をもらわないといけないのがちょっと面倒。水が1日1本フロントでもらえる。パジャマも初日はフロントでもらわないといけない。二日目は部屋に置いてあってよかった。朝食がおいしかった。

3泊4日で宿泊させていただきましたが清掃が適当すぎる。夕方ごろ帰ってくると2台あるうちの1台だけ整えられたベッドとベッド、バスルームに落ちている掃除用の黒い雑巾からは生乾きのような匂いがしていて部屋中に匂いが充満していました。次の日には歯ブラシが１つのコップにまとめて入れてあり、どちらか分からなくなりました。やらないならやらないでそのままにして欲しかった。中途半端すぎる。

松山のホテルの中で圧倒的にオシャレです。 ただ、シミやちょっとしたゴミが部屋の中で目につきます。

4日間の滞在でした、スタッフの対応は大変素晴らしく美味しいお店を教えていただいたり、大満足でした。 お部屋の掃除がイマイチ、バスルームも洗ってるのかな？と思う部分があり、3日目はスリッパやパジャマ、トイレットペーパーの補充が無くて何度もフロントに取りに行く事になり、残念でした。 系列のホテルは綺麗で良かったので、改善していただければ、是非また利用したいです。

受付スタッフの方が話し方も優しくて、良かったです。 お部屋も綺麗でいい宿泊になりました。

Personalen var extremt tillmötesgående, vänlig och hjälpsam under hela vistelsen och fick oss att känna oss välkomna från första stund. Rummen var rena och bekväma, även om de kan kännas lite små, vilket är ganska vanligt i Japan. Restaurangen på hotellet var en riktig höjdpunkt med mycket god mat och bra kvalitet, både till frukost och övriga måltider. Läget fungerade bra som utgångspunkt för att utforska Naha. Ett hotell vi gärna bor på igen och varmt kan rekommendera.

Room is clean and tidy

Les chambres sont trop mal insonorisées : la française de la chambre 906 a quand même essayé de ne pas trop gémir vers 23h, mais j'ai quand même tout entendu. L'entrée, l'ascenseur, les couloirs et les chambres auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Le bar et l'espace au rez-de-chaussée sont très jolis. Hôtel très accessible à 5 min à pieds de la station Miebashi du monorail et à 7 min du terminal de ferry. Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux.

ベッドが広く、ソファーもあり、バスタブ付き、プロジェクター付きでゆっくり身体を癒すことができました。 コンビニが近く、ファミマとセブンがあり、すごく便利。 沖縄はバスタブ無いホテルが多いので重宝してます。 あと、レストランがとても美味しいし、おしゃれ。 いつもフリービールの時間にホテルに着けてないので次回こそは！

とまりんに歩いて10分ほどだったので便利な場所にあります。ちょうどイベント日だったのでウエルカムドリンクもいただきました。 部屋にはプロジェクターがあり、アメニティも豊富で、全体的におもしろいホテルでした。 周辺が繁華街なので夜少し騒がしかったです。

我超喜歡的他的早餐房間也很大

Super Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Möglichkeit für wenig Geld Waschmaschinen und Trockner zu benutzen. Leider keine Schränke im Hotelzimmer vorhanden.

スタッフ皆さんのサービスや併設のカフェでの朝食、部屋のシャワーやトイレの設備は本当に素晴らしかったです。だだ部屋の壁が非常に薄く、隣室の声が丸聞こえで安眠できませんでした。

ゆいレールの駅にも近く、国際通りにも程よく近くて良かったです。しいて言えば、お部屋にポットが欲しかった💦

新しいホテルで部屋も適度な広さがあり、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。部屋からの眺望が無かったのか少し残念でした。

It was a great place to stay even if the room were small. Only negative point there was no safe in the room. Staffs were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. I will stay there again

一切體驗都很美好、美中不足是最後一天退房時、有個男服務員敲門後態度不好、口氣很不禮貌、這是我在日本旅行哪麼多次、第一次遇到這樣的服務態度、破壞了這5晚的美好住宿體驗、原本計劃年底帶朋友一起住這家飯店、現在不會在去了 PS: 飯店內其他的服務人員都很優秀

This property went above and beyond with their service! i lost my luggage on the bus and they did everything possible to get in contact with the bus company and help me get it back. Rooms were clean , great location as there’s the ferry terminal 7 minute walk and a shopping strip about 15 minute walk. Breakfast was also the best i’ve had in my stay in Japan ! would recommend.

Pretty decent for the price. Except for the aggressive maid will talk to you as if you’re a five year old child. staff not very knowledgeable about the area.

飯店靠近美榮橋電車站, 機場過來15分鐘車程. 飯店的早午餐很有特色, 時間7~14點是現點現做的餐, 不是一般那種制式的早餐. 房間幹淨舒適, 飯店工作人員很有禮貌. Brunch is very special, from 7 to 14 o'clock, cook on your choice, menu offer 4 choices. Room is nice, quiet clean, staff are very nice. Hotel near monorail staion Miebashi station, 6 minutes on foot, it takes 15 minutes from the Naha airport to the monorail station.

午前中に北谷からバスで那覇に着きました。 バス停が何処で降りるのが良いか分からなくて県庁北口まで乗車さしましたが、二つ前のバス停で良かったみたいでした。 アクセス方法がはっきり分かればありがたかったです。 荷物を預けて出かけました。 ゆいレール美栄橋や国際通りも徒歩圏内で、ゆっくりウロウロ出来ました。 17時から18時のオリオンビール、ジンジャーエール、コーラのサービスは歩き回り喉が渇いていたから、とても美味しく頂きました。 沖縄のお弁当を購入していたので、サービスの飲み物と一緒に頂きたかったのですが、持ち込みが大丈夫かどうかわからずに遠慮してしまいました。 アメニティも充実し快適に過ごせました。 また、利用させて頂きたいです。

お部屋も清潔感があり、ゆいレールの駅も近く、国際通りにも行きやすい。また次回、利用させていただきます
