The girl at the desk was excellent. She was super friendly, and could not of been more helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean enough. Karen was here with a construction going on which we were not aware of prior to checking in. Someone was hammering in the room next-door to us and it went on for at least an hour or so. The next morning by 8 o’clock they were sawing in the room. The toilet was also backed up. By the time we realized it, we did not want the hassle of moving to another room. So it was our own fault that this became a problem.

Staff was very friendly. Outdoor pool was closed, probably because the water was very cloudy. First floor smelled of pot smoking. Hotel is old and needs upgrading. Usual hotel breakfast. Small town, but numerous choices for dining.

Very noisy! Needs renovating in places. The elevator makes a terrible scraping noise. Our bathroom door was in terrible condition. The furniture in the room was old and worn out.

Complex dient gerenoveerd te worden en is absoluut geen Plus. Badkamer smerig en geen ventilatie! Ontbijt zeer beperkt. Zwembad staat op de parkeerplaats (zie je niet op de foto) en er waren slecht een ligbed en drie kapotte stoelen aanwezig en veel rotzooi door volle afvalbakken. Personeel was aardig.

This is by far the worse BW+ I've stayed. The room needs a thorough cleaning. The bathrooms are very tiny. Hard to close the door if the shower curtain isnt closed. The sink was cracked. The smell of cigarettes was very present when the heta came on. There were marks all over the walls. Just need a good cleaning and a coat of paint. The location was great. The staff was nice.

We were very impressed with Best Western Plus! Very clean& quiet. I gave 4 stars because the bed was too soft, as well as the pillows. Nowadays most use memory foam mattresses and pillows. Made sleeping difficult. The room was very humid & AC would come on frequently but as soon as it stopped, it would feel muggy. Just to note it was 90 degrees or more with high humidity outside!! Overall our stay was very pleasant but please get foam bedding, before our next visit.

Do not stay in room 130 unless you are hearing impaired- this is the smoking/slam the door entrance and it occurs ALL day and night! You will not get an ounce of sleep!

Property was clean. Room was nice and mattress.Comfortable. We were on the first floor near the ice machine which was not enclosed so we heard multiple times someone getting ice. Also, the ceiling is not well insulated for sound so we heard people walking around much of the night. Not their fault just poor design. Otherwise the place was nice and breakfast was very good

Comfy bed. Room recently updated. Could see a few signs of some things being dated still (old mini fridge, older shower, etc) but for the most part pretty nice. And everything was clean even if it wasn't fully updated. The staff was all SUPER nice. Great breakfast. Would stay again for sure if I needed a place for a night or two.

Hallway was loud in early morning. Hotel staff radios Soo loud you can hear the conversation. Coffee was really bad. Housekeeping did not clean our room completely. Trash was not thrown out. Front desk so rude

My trip was for unforseen reasoning and given the circumstances the staff made my family and I feel so at home. Marianne and Mimi was who greeted me upon my arrival and these ladies sure know a thing about southern hospitality. I felt like family and I knew them forever. The other lady at the front (I didn't get her name) but had a very dark burgundy color hair was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast prep lady as well. If I don't have to come back down for family matters I just want to come back just because

Best Western Plus was a perfect stay for the night right off 85 on our drive to Richmond. Very comfortable bed, pillows, plenty of towels, toiletries and very clean and cozy. There were 2 front desk hotel staff as one was leaving from 2nd shift and another coming on for the night shift. They were both so nice and friendly and efficiently checked us into our room. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here in order to attend a wedding in nearby. Several other family members also stayed at this hotel. We were impressed by the friendliness and hospitality shown to us by every staff member that we met. Breakfast was the best hotel offering we’ve experienced in quite some time with a wide variety of options. The hotel is in a great location close to I-85. Good dining options are within 1 mile of the hotel. Our room is thoughtfully designed and nicely furnished. We would definitely stay here if we return to this area.

Place was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hot tub leaked a little but worked and was also clean. The only negative thing was the breakfast. Just very bleh eggs and sausage, give it a hard pass and you will thank me later. Coffee was decent. Overall a good experience. Worth it.

I stood in the same room on 2 different occasions 4/13 and 4/20 and both times the service was great. I had a room that fit 8 people with 3 king beds and a sofa bed, my family and I loved it. One of the days the sofa bed would not open so we couldn't use it, I informed the receptionist upon check out and she said she would fix it. I booked the same room for the following weekend and it was fixed 😊. Breakfast was good, the only thing I would recommend for them to do it's to change the variety for the breakfast because it appears that they do the same thing every day. Other than that everything was excellent.
