Wonderful staff, adults-only pool was a godsend! Great breakfast, clean rooms, AC was on point.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was kind and helpful, the facilities were beautiful and clean with monkeys, iguanas, parrots and toucan sightings!!! Breakfast was delicious and they had a great happy hour!!!

Very nice, clean room. We did not use the spa. Restaurant was very good. Tours booked through hotel were expensive for 3 adults because individual rates simply tripled. There were no group or family reductions. SCN offers free access to wildlife and butterfly reserve (with an excellent café) across the street but provides little information to incoming guests.
