This a 1mo old refurbished property which is very clean and comfortable No frills No in room coffee nor morning breakfast bar Price now is low for the neighborhood but likely to increase as the hotel works out the early issues Actually was pretty surprised by the size and quality the room Nice location in DutchKills convenient to subway for easy ride to Manhattan

I recommend this place 100%, if you’re looking for something affordable or don’t want to pay as much this is the place to go! The only thing is that there wasn’t parking provided by the hotel but there was a parking garage a block down (LittleMan), I left my car there for 2 nights and everything was still in the car and you can trust them. The train station is a 4 minute walk down, very convenient if you don’t want to drive around. The ac in the hotel was amazing, the room stayed cold 24/7 unless you turn it down, staff are nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this place.
