ロケーションはこれ以上ないほどに高山駅の真ん前で最高です。大風呂のスキンケアグッズも豊富で、朝の洗顔、シェービングは広々として最高でした。改善点は、エアコンが温度調節もなく最悪。単に風量調節つまみだけしかないので、何度もつけたり切ったりしなければならずあまり眠れなかった。これは改善点ではなく改良点だと思います。エアコンは温度調節ができるタイプにしてもらいたいです。それがなければ良いホテルでした。サウナがあったらもっといいとも思いましたが。

A convenient and lovely place to stay. Directly across from the train and bus stations, walking distance to the historic district (5-10min), many restaurants nearby. Rooms are simple but clean and modern. Gorgeous public bath for guests, and the breakfasts are delicious, plentiful, and feature a portion of a local delicacy, hoba-miso. I had a very pleasant stay.

Some shops relatively close by, though a good 10 mins walk to where the action is. Hotel itself is nice and clean and friendly staff. Dropped off my baggage as I arrived a good few hours before checkin. No hesitation staying here again.

Room was perfectly clean and spacious. The bathroom was somewhat cramped but serviceable. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. There were no noise problems, staff are friendly and the location is located near the station and the main street. There is also a public onsen bath which I did not experience.

A convenient and lovely place to stay. Directly across from the train and bus stations, walking distance to the historic district (5-10min), many restaurants nearby. Rooms are simple but clean and modern. Gorgeous public bath for guests, and the breakfasts are delicious, plentiful, and feature a portion of a local delicacy, hoba-miso. I had a very pleasant stay.

The location of Hida Takayama Washington Hotel Plaza is very convenient! It literally is just opposite of Takayama station, totally perfect for those who don't like to drag the luggage after getting off from the bus or train. Also on the ground floor there is one "DAIKOKU" pharmacy, perfect for shopping! The room was very spacious, quiet and clean, and the Japanese style breakfast was nice, too bad there wasn't any vegetarian options. Also this hotel has public bath, if you'd like to relax after a tiring day. I can tell that the hotel has a bit of history in terms of the interior and design, but overall I give good recommendation to this hotel.

Great location directly opposite the railway station and only a short walk from the old town. Nice room with (distant) view of the mountains. We really enjoyed the Japanese set breakfast.
