Stayed 2 nights

So, for the last 3 years, I've slept around 200 nights in hotels and this is only the second time I bother to give a negative review... First of all, there was hair all over the sink? I mean, it was easy to see, and clearly no one has bothered to clean it. Second, hair in the bed as well. It really felt like someone had used the room just before us and nothing was cleaned. Now to the worst part - the windows was dripping on the inside from condensation. The room was REALLY cold. The floor was basicly ice. And the weirdest part? Something was leaking and I'm not even sure what it was... It might have been the toilet and it might have been something with the shower. However, when we arrived at the room, the floor was WET. We placed a towel and it was completely soaked when we woke up. Then, there was the main entrance. Twice we couldn't get it with the key. The problem? The doormat gets stuck in the door and when that happens, they lock somehow refuses to unlock. First time, we could help ourselves, as one of us was inside the hotel. The second time we had to call the hotel for help (in their defence, the help arrived quick). When the doormat wasn't stuck, the door worked perfectly fine. On the bright side, the self check-in process was easy. Great guidance from a Youtube-video. Also, the room itself looks nice (just wish there was less water and more heat)! This could actually be a great hotel for the price with a few improvements.

Die Renovierungen sind scheinbar noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen. Aber es sind Kleinigkeiten. Für durchgangsreisende wie mich war aber alles akzeptabel. Ich würde es jedenfalls nochmal buchen.
