Outside of building could do with a spruce up but tge inside was clean and fresh. Staff member was very nice and helpful. Situated close to ibis for an evening meal and also within walking distance to a supermarket and other shopping outlets.

Dårlig rengøring, mug i brusebadet. I fællesområdet var der ulækkert og morgenmaden var næsten ikke eksisterende. Tjek in maskinen virkede ikke og man skulle tjekke in via et andet hotel...

We arrived late and the automated entry didn't work because we hadn't paid the tourism tax. Ibis across the way was very helpful -- much nicer place. Would recommend them instead, even if more expensive as place was better managed, cleaner and more inviting. This place was creepy, dirty with poor functioning showers and limited outlets.... the list could go on. Not going back.

We arrived late and the automated entry didn't work because we hadn't paid the tourism tax. Ibis across the way was very helpful -- much nicer place. Would recommend them instead, even if more expensive as place was better managed, cleaner and more inviting. Halls smelled of cigarette smoke. WCs were not clean. Petit Dejeuner was petty and expensive. Single beds were rediculously narrow. Only Vincent was helpful.

The first room we were given became full of flies and moths, we are not sure where they came from as the window was shut. We complained to the Ibis (they own it) as the receptionist for our hotel had gone and they moved us to a different room. However, this room had squashed flies on the roller blind and a toenail cutting on the floor. Disgusting, we will be complaining further. The showers and toilets are separate to your room, toilets were clean enough but showers were again filthy. The rooms are boiling hot, no air con and only one plug socket for the whole room. We would not stay again.

Le nettoyage des sanitaires laisse particulièrement à désirer, la douche était sale sur les pourtours manifestement l'éponge n'a pas été passée depuis pas mal de temps, idem pour les toilettes. Seule la chambre etait propre.

Chambre miniscule mal agencée. Il a fallu nettoyer avant de s installer. Odeur forte de tabac difficilement supportable. Pas de papier au toilette !

Propreté douteuse aussi bien dans la chambre(miette de pain et cheveux dans les lits, saleté partout par terre) et dans les communs(saleté par terre, cheveux et papier par terre dans les XV et douches). Personne pour l’accueil il a fallu aller chez ibis pour valider notre réservation alors qu’une dame du personnel de l’hôtel nous a vu et éviter en passant par le côté du bâtiment.

Check-in was a struggle as the prepayment wasn't correctly processed. The automated system wouldn't allow me to check in. Thankfully, the receptionist did eventually show up. Receptionist was polite and amiable. There weren't any towels supplied in the room. Thankfully again, I had my own travel towel. Room was comfortable.

Ambiente pulito, stanze piccole ma funzionali con scelta di bagno in camera, letto molto comodo, ambiente silenzioso.Colazione discreta.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile e accogliente. La struttura da fuori nn è valorizzata ma all' interno è tutto rinnovato. Non ho gradito il checkin entro le nove molto limitante. Non ho gradito la colazione entro le 9.30 molto limitante. In ogni caso lo consiglio.

Arrivé à 20h30, personne pour nous accueillir alors qu'il est noté que le personnel est présent jusqu'à 21h. La borne hors d'usage obligé d'aller à l'hôtel d'en face pour s'enregistrer, personne désagréable en même temps ça se comprend elle gère deux hôtels avec deux logiciels différents ! Notre chambre à peut près propre mais une odeur d'humidité importante dans celle ci. Habitué des F1 aujourd'hui très déçu du service !

Bien pour passer une nuit de halte. Problème pour obtenir la chambre après les heures d'ouverture de la réception. Bien qu'on ait eu le code d'accès nous ne pouvions pas accéder car nous n'avions pas payé la taxe de séjour sans l'intervention du receptionniste de l'autre hotel nous n'avions aucune solution et aucune aide possible par interphone

Pour le prix, c'est basique, mais je ne pensais pas qu'il existait encore des chambres avec douche commune sur le palier. Hotels.com envoie un code d'accès erroné ce qui semble courant selon la réception de l'Ibis en face

They upgraded my room to one with a private bathroom free of charge due to most of the hotel being occupied by male construction workers. It was greatly appreciated. Only downside is the location, as there is nothing around except a few grocery stores that close early and the closest bus is a 20min walk away. Aside from that, it was a great little spot and the staff was lovely!

Helt ok - billig og enkelt. Problemer med innsjekking pga referansenummer oppgitt ikke var korrekt ifølge maskinen utenfor. Heldigvis var det veldig god service vis-à-vis hos Ibis som fikset dette.

A notre avis, à éviter absolument. A notre arrivée personne à l'accueil (15h). Il faut passer par l'automate qui vous demande un numéro de réservation qui est indiqué nul part; j'avais édité le reçu, et bien sur le numéro était inexistant. Je suis allé à la réception de l'hotel Ibis en face. Là une réceptionniste à eu la gentillesse de me donner le numéro de code pour ouvrir la chambre après avoir acquitté 1,40€ de taxe. Après ouverture de la porte, je veux bien que ce soit un hotel low coast, mais il y a des limites. à part le fait qu'il n'y avait de barreaux aux fenêtres, nous avions l'impression d'être dans une cellule. Spartiate est encore un terme faible. Quand au chauffage, il ne fonctionnait pas. une information sur le radiateur disait qu'il fallait vérifier sur le boitier mural. Nous le cherchons encore. Comme les couettes faisaient à peine 2cm d'épaisseur, en Normandie en Novembre, inutile de dire que notre séjour s'est très mal passé.

Για ένα βράδυ οκ.Οχι για παραπάνω.Τα δωμάτια εν γνώσει μας βέβαια πολύ μικρά.Η κοινή τουαλέτα μύριζε άσχημα και δεν υπήρχε χαρτί αλλά ούτε και προσωπικό το βράδυ για να τους το πούμε,οπότε κάναμε ...υπομονή.Πρώτη φορά είδα σε ξενοδοχείο να μην υπάρχουν πετσέτες και σαπούνι στο νιπτήρα.Η απόσταση απο το st michelle 16 χλμ. περίπου15-20 λεπτά.Avranches πολύ κοντά 6 χλμ για να πάει κάποιος για φαγητό.Το πρωινό πολύ φτωχό δεν αξίζει 6 ευρώ το άτομο.Ανακεφαλαιώνοντας κάνεις υπομονή για ένα βράδυ.

Pas de personnel a accueil que se sois matin et soir Si réservation fait pr applications il faut aller a ibis Au petit-déjeuner le choix se limite a tartine et baguette mes enfant on rien manger De lau coule part la fenetre a cote du radiateur Toilette et douche trace de noisissure Jaurai du réserver a ibis en face c'est beaucoup mieux

Ambiente pulito, stanze piccole ma funzionali con scelta di bagno in camera, letto molto comodo, ambiente silenzioso.Colazione discreta.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile e accogliente. La struttura da fuori nn è valorizzata ma all' interno è tutto rinnovato. Non ho gradito il checkin entro le nove molto limitante. Non ho gradito la colazione entro le 9.30 molto limitante. In ogni caso lo consiglio.
