Hotel Maryelen

Pues la propiedad cumple con el objetivo todo le funciona. es na casona antigua con un elevador muy antiguo pero funciona bien. un poco de olor a humedad pero bien.

This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Maryellen. This hotel is close to the train station, about a 4 minute walk. It close to food and shops and about a 25 minute walk to the Colosseum. I really like that a cafe is attached and I can have my coffee in the morning without leaving the building they also have breakfast included in that cafe if you want.

We ended up staying in a very small room on the very top floor. Room was too small for 2 people and a few stairs needed to be climbed to get there. elevator does not go to very top. That was difficult for us carrying luggage

Hotel Maryelen was a charming traditional European Hotel well located in Rome near Termini Rail Station, many historical attractions, and plentiful dining! It was very much as represented on the hotels.com web site. It was certainly not a luxury hotel but was very clean and had good water pressure and temperature. Because the building stays cool I did not need to turn on the available air conditioning. The lobby and reception area are very small but quite attractive. American guests will find the old fashion room keys surprising but they are easy to use. The lobby is locked at night but there is an alternate door for guests to use to come and go whenever they wish. The area is very historic and within a block or two guests will find exceptional tourist attractions. The large railway station is just a five minute walk away. It is a very old section of the city and visitors should be aware of that. The hotel does have a small elevator that works reasonably well. The entire set up would seem unusual to North American guests, as there are just a few rooms on each floor. A gloomy back staircase up goes around the central elevator shaft and is probably the least attractive part of the hotel. I thought the hotel was well priced and I would stay there again. I don’t recommend the optional breakfast, as I found better offerings at lower prices further down the block. The staff spoke quite good English, and were very helpful. The room windows opened which was nice.😇

The location of the hotel is great with easy access to trains, buses and subway. With that said I found the property very old, no wifi lobby, restaurant or "lounge area". The neighborhood is very dirty with trash everywhere, non stop noise, street is lined with panhandlers. The "hotel" shares the building with at least 3 other hotels, all of them sharing the entrance and a single elevator, which is very old and unsteady. The one staff who spoke English is friendly but none of the rest do and the others Chinese or Italian. If you need a place to crash for one night close to Termini it's ok but beyond that find somewhere else.

7泊を1名で利用しました。レオナルドダビンチ空港からエキスプレスでテルミニ駅改札を出てから３分ととても便利です。 夜10時過ぎてからのチェックインで、残念だったのがチェックイン時に朝食の時間、wifiのパスワード、鍵の使い方（３か所の鍵）の説明がなかった。２個の鍵は部屋に案内されたときに見ていたのでわかりましたが、３つ目の鍵がどこのかわかりませんでした。翌日帰った時にホテル連結の朝食をいただくカフェの方に聞きました。とても親切にしていただきました。wifiのパスワードは、荷物を置いた後にフロンとに聞きに行きました。 部屋にそういったものの使い方等案内がおいてあったらよいと思いました。 宿泊時に隣の部屋の音が聞こえたりしましたが、気になるほどではありません。 最終日にお湯が出なくなったので困りましたが夜だったため、水で対応するしかありませんでした。 連日気温が27度前後で暑かったので何とか我慢できましたが、冬だったらと思うとぞっとしました。 それがありましたが満足いくホテルでした。

Stayed for 7 nights with my family. Didn’t feel safe walking to the hotel. No communication to reception from hotel room. International tourists need to use their phone to call reception. Found Hot water broken in the morning and couldn’t shower a day before going out. No electronic locking on doors and need to carry massive keys. Lights were not working. A/C in the room needs to be turned manually and didn’t feel was cooling enough. Breakfast is provided only after 8am until 10:30am. For those who wanted to leave early before 8am, breakfast isn’t available before 7:30am. Bathroom hygiene faucet is non functional. Shower stall is very tiny for a normal adult and the water spills outside easily when bathing. Washbasin isn’t enclosed and doesn’t have enough to place things on it. Entire bathroom is tiny. Housekeeping is good and performed daily and broken hot water was fixed on the same after we left the room. Very tiny android TV with internet based channels. The big plus is very close and walkable to Roma termini station by foot.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. The location is near the train station, small shops, and restaurants. One bathroom was tiny, making it difficult to use the toilet. Other rooms provide better-sized bathrooms. The air conditioner was very nice. Many locks are involved, so security was less of a concern for this location. Peddlers can be aggressive at nearby restaurants. Just ignore them, and they'll go away.

Family run for 35 years, and focused on customer service. Expect a typical elevator for 2, key card (like a cruise ship) that must be in doorside slot to get lights and air conditioning, low light room, great hot shower and toilet, free Italian bkf with great coffees. Top notch restaurants on the block.

O quarto estava muito limpo.O ar condicionado funcionando bem.Chuveiro com agua quente.A atendente muito atenciosa e o cafe da manha era muito bom.

Just needed a place to crash before early flight. Price point was good. it was a clean, spacious, and secure room. It’s a very dated property, but well maintained.

Service au top. Accueil souriant. Petit déjeuner au top avec la serveuse souriante. Propreté à peaufiner dans la chambre avec un sol pas au top. Je conseille malgré tout.

Leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – nicht empfehlenswert Das Hotel liegt zwar praktisch in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, aber das war leider auch schon der einzige Pluspunkt. • Unser Zimmer war unsauber: Staub und Haare auf dem Boden, Möbel wirkten ungepflegt. • Wir hatten nach der Übernachtung starken Juckreiz und Hautreaktionen, was auf mögliche Milben oder andere Hygieneprobleme hindeutet. • Das Bad war sehr schmutzig und außerdem so eng, dass es kaum nutzbar war. • Trotz angeblicher täglicher Reinigung blieb das Zimmer unhygienisch und die Bettwäsche wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nie gewechselt. Für ein Hotel in dieser Lage und Preisklasse ist das absolut enttäuschend. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal übernachten und kann es leider nicht empfehlen.

Very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was great. Tried the pistachio croissant, was awesome.

It’s not a bad place, except for the mold in the bathroom. It definitely feels like your paying because your close to the train station

Andrebbe migliorato il servizio pulizia(sul balconcino ancora i resti di una colazione di qualcuno mai rimossi) , e alcuni dettagli nella camera, manca un appendiabiti, il cassetto del comodino era bucato. Il letto comodissimo. La posizione eccellente, la zona un degrado.

Well located near the Termini. Clean and very quiet with our room toward the garden. Only thing is that they could have tied the twin beds together (very minor inconvenience, though)

Séjour agréable, le personnel est attentif, à l'écoute. L'hôtel est calme, propre, les chambres sont faites quotidiennement, avec la possibilité de ne pas changer les serviettes tous les jours si on le désire (souci de préserver l'environnement). L'hôtel est à quelques minutes de la gare Termini (navettes de et vers l'aéroport entre autres, bus, mais aussi lignes de métro). Il est facile de se rendre à pied dans la majorité des lieux à visiter, sinon le métro mène facilement plus loin.

Servicen var fin, personalen följde oss till rummet och berättade väl. Duschen behöver rengöras och sängen behöver bytas (hård och knarrade väldigt mycket). Övrigt bra läge och välstädat, kylskåp på rummet. Kan behövas fler krokar för att hänga upp kläder utanför garderoben.

At first, we didn’t have high expectations of this property. But the staff, property, and room were exceptional and by far one of the best places we stayed at during our trip through Europe. It had a convenient location near the train station, staff were very hospitable, and the rooms had the best air conditioning (which was important for us since we visited Rome during a heat wave).

The refrigerator in my room did not work. The hotel was aware but did not inform me. Each room comes with an AC unit but you've got to ask for the remote. Half of the rooms open on a courtyard which is occupied by a very loud goose! The hotel staff were very friendly and helped me book a taxi for 6:00 a.m. on the day that I left.

I stayed here for 4 nights, location was good close to train station, about 20 min walk yo Trevi fountain, the bed was not comfortable, the toilet had issues with flushing. Looks like they have started upgrading a little but needs lots of work. The door was hard to close, had to slam it to close.

Great location close to termini station. Other than that its a pretty basic, budget friendly option. If you're looking for more spend a few more bucks

Walking distance to train terminal and local shops and decent restaurants. The rooms are close to one another therefore can get very noisy depending on other guests. The mattresses are two single beds combined together to make a double which can be uncomfortable. Overall okay

Location close to Termini, which is lively. Hotel consists of Rooms in Ex-Flats in a typical Roman building. Don’t expect any up to date design or quietness. Receptionists were very friendly, room clean and equipped with what you need. Breakfast in the bar next door, which has a charm by itself

The staff was nice but the room was cold even with the inverter on. The windows didn’t close properly.

Old property. Floor in front of bathroom was soft. Bathroom poorly laid out, no vanity area. Thin single pillow on bed.Would not stay there again.

Bra läge ich rymiga rum. Hade lite problem med trycket i duschen, men i övrigt mycket nöjdmed helheten.

Todo muy bien, lo que no me gustó es que después de las 9:00 pm ya no hay nadie de servicio en el hotel, incluso la entrada es por otro lado, me tocó junto a una persona muy ruidosa Y en las habitaciones se oye todo, no había nadie a quien comentarle o pedir que me apoyara a pedir bajar el volumen

First hotel room we were put in was slightly different in appearance compared to the photo, and also a twin not double room and air conditioning and toilet dripped. However staff moved us into a nicer room when we asked. Hotel well located for the station and also bus routes into centre of Rome. Main centre also walkable from the door in around 30-45 mins. Overall good base for a few days.

We had very good stay at this hotel. Yes , it can be litter bigger room and bathroom, but it was enough to get rest after long walks in Rome. Breakfast was great and cocktails afternoon are awesome. Location is nice, close to Termini station and metro . But the best part is people who work there. Lili and Patricia are so great, they helped us with all our trip , taxi etc booking. And lovely Ladies in general

There is only unique for this property, that it is located close to Termini station, which we chose to be as we traveled to different places in Italy. The room was ok, surrounding area is not, very dirty, noisy and not safe.

Near the train station, restaurants, laundromat, souvenir and variety stores, etc.

L’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais relativement bien entretenu. La zone est centrale avec la gare, les bus et métro à proximité et le Colysee a 15 minutes à pied. Évitez le petit dej de l’hôtel car les croissants sont mauvais et le jus d’orange n’est pas naturel, vraiment pas bon.

위치는 좋아요. 조식도 전반적으로 나쁘지 않습니다. 일본인 광관객 주로 이용하는 호텔 한국인이라서 골방에 배정 벽뷰 감상했네요. 호텔이 좀 추워요.
