Kids love the pool, we love the family atmosphere and affordable prices! The family running this place is super kind and helpful! We go yearly now this was our 5 th summer

We had a fantastic stay at Perry’s and highly recommend it for families with young children. The property offers plenty of activities, the cabins are clean, and the morning coffee is excellent. However, I would suggest improving the lock on the pool area, as we witnessed a small child accidentally enter and fall into the pool, requiring the mother to jump in after them. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again.

Very family friendly, spacious playgrounds and a pool that’s accessible any time, safe and comfortable environment

From even before check in, staff was super accommodating and communicative. When they saw our party of 3 families (8 kids total under the ages of 6), they set up 2 picnic tables and the grill for us. You can tell they take pride in their space. We stayed here overnight before heading to Storyland, which was only 5 mins away. Loved the 2 playgrounds and the pool. Very family friendly atmosphere.

Room was very clean and well kept. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool and playground. Much more affordable than some of the other nearby places. Close vicinity to Story Land.

This place is an amazing deal! The beds and pillows were comfy, the AC was icy, pool was very clean and got great sun, pretty perennials planted around, and my husband says they have good coffee. The window blinds didn’t keep much sun out and no curtains. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I booked this hotel with a lot of apprehension as I have never stayed here before. What a hidden gem! It has a camping vibe with the benefits of a hotel! The pool was amazing and heated, the hotel room was immaculate and the beds and bedding was amazingly comfortable. I had trouble getting my toddler to leave to go to story land as the playgrounds were so great and engaging to her. She literally cried everytime we left the grounds. The owners were amazingly accommodating and allowed us to use their fire pit as well. Overall? It was an amazing stay and we are planning on coming back for longer next year. It was a great price and everything I wanted and more for a stay in the mountains. I literally felt like I was camping with the incredible convenience of a very comfortable hotel room.

My family spent a weekend in Perry's 3-bedroom cottage during our trip to Story Land. We had 3 adults and 4 children (age 5-16) in our party. Inside the cottage was clean, beds were comfortable, and they were extras like dishes, cookware, grilling utensils. The AC cooled the main area. We brought fans from home that helped move cool air to the bedrooms. We also brought a twin air mattress to put up against the sofa for extra sleep space. That made it easy to switch from bedroom to living room during the day. Outside we had a charcoal grill and 2 picnic tables with umbrellas…provided just enough cover so we could still hang outside while it was raining. The kids loved: heated pool, playground, bikes and outdoor toys. Adults enjoyed playing corn hole, connect four, etc. There’s a small firepit perfect for roasting marshmallows and socializing with other families staying on the property. The staff were really friendly and always available…like when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cottage. They provide hot coffee in the morning and a small assortment of fruit, donuts, yogurt, etc. The kids loved walking to the office in the morning to pick out a breakfast treat. Housekeeping stopped by while we were out, cleaned up and land left fresh towels, which was great to come back to. Everyone staying there seemed friendly and the kids all had fun playing together. All around a great experience and we’ll definitely plan to stop there again in the future.

The staff was very friendly! I was pleasantly surprised with all the things for the kids to do: pool, playground, sandbox, lawn games. The beds are firm but comfortable. The doors are difficult to close, but that's to be expected with the age of the cabins. You can tell that the proprietors take pride in the facilities, and are working hard at making upgrades. Cabin is simple, but freshly painted. We will definitely book again when we come back to the White Mountains! Great deal for the price.

The property was a great deal for a good location close to everything. The owners were great and accommodating from check in and throughout our stay. They were very engaging and provided a friendly personal feel you don't get at other places. Great place to stay for younger kids with plenty of things for them to do from playgrounds to the pool. Very quiet at night with a campfire and smores. Would certainly return if we are back in the area.

Upon arrival I was wondering what I got us into. The property looks a little run down and the office was in what looked like an enclosed porch. The office had stuff everywhere, and by stuff I mean discarded toys and such. The coffee area was worse. Piles of household items covering half the room. Our room was nice and clean and very comfortable. There was a fire pit off to the side of the building and we asked if wood was available for purchase to have a campfire. The office staff had a fire going within minutes, no charge for wood. Overall we had a great time and would return.

I wasn't sure what to expect as it is a motel, however when we opened the door to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. King size bed is what I booked and the room smelled clean as soon as we opened door. It's an old building but the room was very modern and the grounds were kept very neat. We used the pool, that was also very clean and heated which was awesome. I'd totally stay again and the price and location is amazing.

Really nice rooms - very comfortable beds, clean towels/linens, lots of toiletries, etc. The owners know how to treat guests well. The guy/owner checking us in was very friendly and down to earth - explained everything very quickly/simply, then let us get on with things. Good wifi in the room - no complaints. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. We didn't bother trying the free coffee available in reception, or the 'breakfast' - as we got the impression it was likely just some unhealthy doughnuts or something! But we didn't expect breakfast, so weren't disappointed.

I really enjoyed our stay at the motel part of the property. It was very homey and clean. We willl definitely stay there again in the future. Best part of the stay, a black bear walking by. ♥️

What a wonderful, cute, clean property in an amazing location. I loved it here! Pool was clean and playground area for kids was perfect for kids. I was super impressed by the interior of the room I stayed in. It appeared completely renovated with new bedding, bathroom remodel and new TV, microwave and mini fridge. Also, super clean. Highly recommend!

All in all it was a nice place, check in was easy, playground and pool for the kids, centrally located. The room was decent, small, no chairs just the beds. Screen on door was ripped so we were unable to keep it open without letting in bugs but I would still go there again.

Great place for a couple nights for our Story Land visit. The owners are super kind and the place is in great condition. The hotel has a small playground for children. The only downside is that we could hear our neighbors, but the quiet hours help with rest

I think we got the smallest cottage, the washroom door did not close, we were told that they were short staffed, no cleaning was done second day. The cabin door needs to be pushed to be closed. Overall cottage looked very outdated.

Room was clean & the property is very cute with a great area for little kids & a swimming pool. The room could use updating & was small in size. Water pressure in shower was good but couldn't change the temperature of the water. About a 5-10 minute drive from downtown North Conway.

If you look at the picture they advertise their cabins with, you will know we were greatly deceived. We were booked and paid for 2 nights. We left after the first night. Our cabin offered 2 bedrooms, separated by a wall with lattice on the top. AC in one room, a loveseat in the entryway with a TV up high on a shelf that held a microwave and fridge. This was a trip for my granddaughter and we couldn’t even sit to eat or watch tv together. Then there was the bathroom. When you sat on the toilet, your knees touched the door. The toilet was right up against a stall shower. It was so small that it was impossible to dry off, or even turn around in there. The people were very nice. The cabin was clean, but shabby. I’m sad that I wasted the cost of one night there, and had to pay for another hotel instead.

The property is close to town and easy access if you are taking the scenic train. The staff is friendly and willing to answer questions. There are small cabins and a motel on site. We stayed in the motel and rooms were old with an attempt at upkeep. The space is very limited but beds were very comfortable. I would stay somewhere else next time. There are many choices in the area.

We stayed in the three bedroom cottage. It was cute and little but the biggest downside was that none of the interior doors shut properly. Definitely could use some refurbishments but would stay again.

This place is awesome. Really quiet Owners was very friendly. We even had an early check in! We arrived at 8 am after sleeping in our car… Alison welcomed us even if she opened at 8:30. We loved New Hampshire! 8 min from North Conway, 1h from Laconia and 45 min for Mont Washington! We fall in love with this place! I trully recommend this place

We used the motel for a one night stay before visiting a few white mountains attractions. As we arrived late (after 8pm), we called and left a message. They responded and left instructions on check in procedures. The motel was easy to find, as well as our room. The room was clean, and there were toiletries, which we did not use. There is a pool and playground, which we did not use either, as we left early. Fairly inexpensive.

It is very near to the main area of North conway and perfect for families.

Everything was nice! All the staff were friendly. They offer coffee and some to go items for breakfast. Very laid back environment. Lots of toys for the kids. Not in pictures were basketball hoop, volleyball net, bean bag toss, and so much more. Perfect location….close to everything but nice and quiet.

We loved our stay here-visiting for Storyland, Perry’s is conveniently located less than 10 min away..family run by the kindest husband and wife who were beyond accommodating to myself and my son..family friendly, nostalgic, clean, and cute..well be back by the end of summer!!

Perry's Motel is great for families. We travel from out of state with two small children. The playground and the swimming pool keep them both busy. The rooms are the best value that you can find for the area. Perry's is an easy 5 minute drive from Storyland and about a 10 minite drive from shopping in North Conway. The owners are super friendly and keep the property in good condition with clean rooms. We will definitely be back to Perry's soon!

The continental breakfast was a nice touch. Close to Storyland and downtown shops. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect spot if you have young kids. It's a 5 minute drive to Story Land. They have a pool, playground, and a bunch of outdoor toys. The staff was friendly and available as needed. Lots of good restaurants close by (Moat Mountain, Delaney's etc). Looking forward to going back next Summer.

We rented the 2 bedroom house but was just attach to the owners house. It was very old and outdated. The stairs were very dangerous- no handrail, very very steep and narrow. I fell down the flight of stairs - sprained my ankle and injured my arm. This would never pass code. The grounds were unkept. Not much for breakfast. The office and coffee room were so junky

I love that the place is very family oriented. Everyone we encountered were very friendly and nice. The owner of the property seem to go above and beyond to accommodate you. We arrived late (checked in, wise) but we felt welcomed, regardless. The coffee room they have I found very helpful in the morning. Grateful to have found the place our late fall season stay!
