Nice hotel we booked an extra 2 nights at £112, we got a ground floor flat, 2 swimming pools led to the beach where the cafe was, plenty of sunbeds but they were a little worn, i think rooms were attended almost every day during our 5 night stay, near to all the bars and restaurants in lamai and a 7/11 2 minutes away, Wi-Fi and aircon and the safe were spot on as was the water pressure i recommend this hotel for an easy stay

Ett lugnt hotell. Liten mindre servering öppen mellan 8-17. Fin trevlig personal. Fräsha enkla rum. Havet och härlig strand ett par trappsteg ner. Två pooler, med fin miljö omkring. Dock kan poolerna behöva en viss renovering. Detta är inte ett femstjärnigt hotell men ack så fint vi tycker att det är här. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Very nice hotel on a really good location, close to everything you need and has beach access with 2 pools and a bar/restaurant and massage right on the beach. Room was comfortable and clean, would stay again if on the island

Tem tudo o que procurava. Piscina para nadar, piscina para refrescar junto à praia privativa, em cima da praia com esperguiçadeiras, bar/restaurante para o básico (fecha às 17h00) e quartos amplos com varanda, bom ar condicionado e internet. Fica na rua principal de Lamai com todos os restaurantes a 5 minutos a pé. Pessoal simpático, limpeza diária. Pode-se alugar scooter na recepção. Simples sem complicações. Recomendo!

Schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Strand und zentral in Lamai Beach. Leider ist der vordere Pool sehr trübe und erweckt dadurch den Eindruck nicht sauber zu sein. Der große Pool sieht sauberer aus aber trotzdem nicht vertrauenserweckend. Aber wer nicht poolfixiert ist, genießt das Meer vor der Tür. Die Mitarbeiter könnten ein wenig mehr sensibilisiert werden, auch mal am Strand nach links und rechts zu schauen und den Müll wegzuräumen. Das würde einfach den Gesamteindruck verbessern. Es fehlen sichtbare Mülleimer im Poolbereich/ Strand.

Great place with easy access to everything in Lamai. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Rooms have everything you need and it’s right on the beach. Only downside would be the main pool became quite murky and green and seemed to need a good clean out. Didn’t stop our kids loving it though! We will stay here again for sure.

Love this property! We stay for 2 weeks at a time. Clean and beautiful property. Close, walking distance to everything in downtown Lamai. Wish the beach chairs were updated, they are a bit worn down. Thai food at the restaurant is good and extremely well priced. Love the pools and access to the beach

Run down hotel that lacks maintenance. Staff at the reception unfriendly, never say hello or thank you. The entire hotel area is dirty. Lots of trash everywhere. The pool has sharp edges that you can cut yourself on. No water in the shower for 5 days. The cleaning of the room by the girls from Mayamar was very good! I do not recommend anyone to choose this worn out Hotel

Great stay! Rooms very spacious and nice balcony area. Cleaners were amazing and would clean pretty much as you leave the room. Pools really nice and great access to the beach with lots of Sun loungers. If I could say anything to improve it would just to stock some alcohol other than beer, like rum or gin for non beer drinkers.

Very good location, right in front is the beach, and shops on the other side. Though the rooms are very outdated. It needs renovation. Just a reminder, there is no elevator, so we had to take our luggage self at the second floor. The shower is very poor, nearly no water coming out of it. Free wifi but not so good but it works early in the morning or late at night.

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Lamai mit direktem Strandzugang (Restaurant u Massage am Strand) und 2 Pools, schöne große Zimmer mit Safe, Wasserkocher und genügend Stauraum für Gepäck, Balkon. Personal sehr freundlich u zuvorkommend, tgl. Wasser und frische Handtücher wenn gewünscht. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Wasserdruck im 3. Stock sehr schlecht, kaum Steckdosen im Zimmer, Strandliegen abgenutzt. Ich würde wieder hin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: comfortable bed, quiet, friendly staff, food is ok and not too expensive, 2 swimming pools, beach is 40 meters from rooms, restaurant next to front pool and beach and sundress, good view from third floor rooms, strong aircon, easily walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops etc. Absolutely Beautiful Beach! Cons: No elevator for 3rd floor rooms, bathroom small and no separation between shower and rest of bathroom. One issue: when we arrived we were told that we could put food and drink and incidental charges on our room and then pay with our credit card when checking out. On the third day they told us that because another customer had checked out and not paid his room charges, that we would have to pay up and no more room charges. Just a hassle to keep carrying coins to the beach and having to go to the ATM more often🙄 Would recommend the hotel to others nonetheless. A good experience overall 👍

Hotellet behöver en uppfräschning men det är rent o fint. Rummen städas varje dag av trevlig personal. Duscharna är det väldigt dålig tryck i. Vi har bott många gånger här o trivs. Bra läge på lamai beach.

Stayed here many times… Positives - location, rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, great beach massage Negatives - staff aren’t that friendly, it’s pricey compared to neighbouring accommodation.. food has declined, pool needs an upgrade especially sunbeds. Rooms also could do with a deep clean

Marina Villa is absolutely superb. The room is large with very quiet AC. Staff are super friendly. The restaurant sells good quality food at a good price. The beach is magnificent and right on the doorstep. We have stayed at Marina Villa a number of times and will return there whenever we travel to Koh Samui.

Pros: comfortable bed, quiet, friendly staff, food is ok and not too expensive, 2 swimming pools, beach is 40 meters from rooms, restaurant next to front pool and beach and sundress, good view from third floor rooms, strong aircon, easily walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops etc. Absolutely Beautiful Beach! Cons: No elevator for 3rd floor rooms, bathroom small and no separation between shower and rest of bathroom. One issue: when we arrived we were told that we could put food and drink and incidental charges on our room and then pay with our credit card when checking out. On the third day they told us that because another customer had checked out and not paid his room charges, that we would have to pay up and no more room charges. Just a hassle to keep carrying coins to the beach and having to go to the ATM more often🙄 Would recommend the hotel to others nonetheless. A good experience overall 👍

Run down hotel that lacks maintenance. Staff at the reception unfriendly, never say hello or thank you. The entire hotel area is dirty. Lots of trash everywhere. The pool has sharp edges that you can cut yourself on. No water in the shower for 5 days. The cleaning of the room by the girls from Mayamar was very good! I do not recommend anyone to choose this worn out Hotel

Nice hotel we booked an extra 2 nights at £112, we got a ground floor flat, 2 swimming pools led to the beach where the cafe was, plenty of sunbeds but they were a little worn, i think rooms were attended almost every day during our 5 night stay, near to all the bars and restaurants in lamai and a 7/11 2 minutes away, Wi-Fi and aircon and the safe were spot on as was the water pressure i recommend this hotel for an easy stay

Very good location, right in front is the beach, and shops on the other side. Though the rooms are very outdated. It needs renovation. Just a reminder, there is no elevator, so we had to take our luggage self at the second floor. The shower is very poor, nearly no water coming out of it. Free wifi but not so good but it works early in the morning or late at night.

Fica na rua principal de Lamai com todos os restaurantes a 5 minutos a pé. Pessoal simpático, limpeza diária. Pode-se alugar scooter na recepção. Simples sem complicações. Recomendo!

Third visit. This place is a gem. The location is the best possible. Directly on the long, beautiful Lamai beach. No road to cross. Two pools and direct access to the beach with their own sun beds. A beautiful Bonsai tree garden. Lovely staff. Thank God no bar on the premesis, but a small restaurang overlooking the sea. Few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, massages, taxis, shops, cannabis joints ( ;-) ) , you name it. Yet the hotel and the rooms are completely quiet. The rooms are no luxury, but nice. Fridge, electronic safe, terrace/balcony. Brand new tv. Daily cleaning. Pool towels. Nice bathroom, but unfortunately with a shower that leaves no spot in the bathroom dry. I can live with that small nuisance.

Great stay! Rooms very spacious and nice balcony area. Cleaners were amazing and would clean pretty much as you leave the room. Pools really nice and great access to the beach with lots of Sun loungers. If I could say anything to improve it would just to stock some alcohol other than beer, like rum or gin for non beer drinkers.

Good hotel, great location two nice pools access straight onto the beach, not enough plugs in the room and in the wrong places, also the breakfast menu is pretty poor at the little restaurant, it could be a little gold mine if they put a bit more effort into that area apart from that it was excellent and great value for money 😀

Chairs on beach not great could use update add umbrellas and space further apart would be better. Front corner on left has a leak so if you get those chairs you end up in swamp water, this needs to be addressed. Restaurant good.
