I make a reservation on this particular location , because of the jacuzzi, pool. Checking in , front desk mentioned jacuzzi was out of service , and pool was not being clean. I told her I was on a business trip , been disappointed, but out of time to look for another location , I have to stay. Didn’t spent the nite, again I was looking forward after several hours of a stressing assignment to relax in the jacuzzi, which we know was not working. When I call earlier this morning to get some sore of discount, Esther the manager answer me incredibly rude. No need to mistreat customers with such rudest attitude .

For the price, the rooms were ok. The floor was filthy, our feet turned BLACK after taking a shower and walking to the beds. But the beds were clean. There were no power outlets near the beds and the TV was not a smart TV. The shower will flood the bathroom if the curtain is not in perfectly. The neighbors played loud music from the time we got there the same song over and over and then there was a band at the neighboring RV Park. The pool had a cigarette at the bottom and a lot of debris and the hot tub had a very large cockroach and it was slimy green. Unfortunate since it was a million degrees and we were looking forward to using it to cool off. Other guests were yelling this morning at their small child and yelling about the price of the hotel. The woman who was there last night around 6 or 7 at the desk was amazing. I’m not sure her name but she was really nice. Honestly for the price I’d stay there again because it felt safe-ish and was the closest hotel to the BMX track we needed to get to. $100 for a safe place despite the faults which I kinda expected (except the pool, that sucked!)

I stayed here because it was within a decent distance to Sequoia National Park. I had the king room which was nice and large and absolutely clean. You could see that the room was newly renovated. Came with a large mini fridge including freezer section and a microwave and coffee maker. The swimming pool was clean and nice, however the spa was not working.

The room was clean, but full of a strong chemical cleaner smell that gave me nausea and headache. No way to ventilate because it was 108 degrees outside and windows needed to stay closed for air conditioning to work.

Well, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel room and the pillows were amazing, thick contoured memory foam pillows which were awesome. But sadly, between the weird putrid smell in the town I think in the morning, the smell hit hard when I went outside and didn't die down no matter where I walked around the property, so I don't think it was due to a bad dumpster smell or something. It was strong and smelled like burning rotting food potentially or some kind of factory chemical smell. I don't really know. The biggest issue here was the VERY low water pressure which I think explains why there was NO SHOWER! My tub/shower had the set up and fixtures like a shower. But there was no way to change from the water coming out of the tub spout! That made my morning unpleasant. Absolutely very basic, nothing of a continental breakfast either. So ugh. Absolutely loved the bed and pillows and that is so important, but dealing with a gross smell nearby and NO SHOWER just kills it for me as a future possibility for staying in the area. Darn!

Much better than expected! Check in clerk was very friendly. The room was clean and smelled good when we walked in. Nice quiet location near the river. My only con was the bed was a little firm for my liking. Would certainly stay here again.

We had our stay with edgewater inn for 6 days we had already been checked in and at the hotel for 3 days. We were visting family and friends so werent at the hotel constantly. We had left the 3rd day we were there around 1pm and returned at 11pm we came back to find that someone else was checked into our room we had been staying in and stolen some of our property in the room. The hotel was only going to give a small discount off the room when the stuff that was stolen was over the price of the room and it was the hotels fault. They checked someone into our room even when they can see on there computer that someone is occupied in that room and whos checked into what room that is why they take copies of our ids. The staff tried to help as much as possible but the owner of the hotel took a while to just get back to them about a refund for the room. Overall never returning here again.

Night staff on 8/5/23 was very helpful and friendly upon our arrival. She informed us of breakfast in the morning and even made sure we got into our rooms after one of the keys was not working but she was able to fix it without a problem. Very , very polite and did a great job receiving us late at night. It was great to feel welcomed after such a long drive.

The staff, particularly Joe on the night shift, are excellent. Check in was smooth, but my cat escaped from my car into the parking lot. I had a panic attack and was completely a mess. Joe helped me search for my cat and even moved my room to be downstairs closer to the search, all at 1am. Thankfully, I was able to find her. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and the service was above and beyond. The room was also clean and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place!

The service was excellent; we really enjoyed it. It was quick delivering the room, and the rooms were clean, I must say that we thoroughly enjojed staying there. My daughter and I came all the way from Hungary visiting friends in Reedley, and it is an exceptional place. I would fully and definitely recommend anyone planning to stay stay there for a night or more.

There was a random guy knocking on doors which made it feel very unsafe. The woman at the front desk simply said she asked the gentlemen to leave but she would not call the police. We called the police and made a report.

Quiet safe hotel. Very clean, water was hot, beds were comfortable enough. They had real pillows! Very early continental breakfast so you can get an early start on hiking in the parks, the entrance to Kings Canyon is a little over an hour away. Reedley had a cute walking downtown with restaurants.

Much better than expected! Check in clerk was very friendly. The room was clean and smelled good when we walked in. Nice quiet location near the river. My only con was the bed was a little firm for my liking. Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed at river all day. Our room was newly refurbished with beautiful crown molding, comfortable new beds, new furnishings, ceramic flooring throughout, new AC units that are pretty quiet & work very well, etc. * only did 8/10 because I found the pillows a little stiff, and (strangely) they don't use fitted sheets and my bed was strangely made, where the non-fitted sheets stopped 1' from covering the whole bed, so my feet were on the mattress cover as I slept. They fixed it on the 2nd day when I requested it. The other down-marking is that their complementary breakfast had almost nothing available when I visited at 9:30AM (they stop it at 10). It was fine, I was just going to grab a Danish (there were none), but I'm glad I wasn't depending on it to start my day.

Room was clean but dated. Spent 2 nights there whle visiting family. Staff was very friendly and the grounds well kept. Don't expect to find much of a breakfast, better to drive into Reedly and get a proper meal. When in the area, will most likley stay there again.

The property appears to be recently remodeled. My King Room was large and clean. Pool was small but clean. Restaurant across the street. A real gem of a place for the price.

Nice quiet place to stay about an hour away from Sequoia. The rooms were old but decently refurbished and clean. Somehow they lacked a lot of the standard amenities you would expect. Also, the breakfast was really lacking - no juice or tea. Lots of good local fruit choices though. I would stay here again, but def not a 10.

The Inn is a reasonably priced place to stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant by the river is excellent. The downside is the shower head is far too “low flow”.

I had a very nice experience at this hotel, it was very clean, had a continental breakfast. Very close to restaurants and gas station. My experience overall was good. Just front desk needs to be more friendly, it gave me the impression that she was mad.
