Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Downtown

Older building, but no real issues. Bed was comfy

Great downtown location. Business downtown do not stay open long so need to venture out to other neighborhood. Staff was great.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

They had my room linked with someone else in the same and what. I was offered a refund and we are sorry, which I didn’t need because I would have been stranded and I was two plane flights away from home. and was if they could do nothing about it until I pulled out my receipt that I had printed when I made the reservations. It seems as if that was the only thing to get the ball rolling to me receiving my room.

Guy that checked me in wasn't very helpful. I inquired about parking and he acted like I was bothering him.
