Good middle class hotel close to "shopping mall". Good base for excursions to Köln and Phantasialand. No AC only fans. Free parking, alot of them. 10min walk to "city center" (restaurant street) Good breakfast with large spread. Some of the staff seems to be struggeling with english.

We stayed here for 1 night, unfortunately we got into the room to find the curtain hanging off and had to ask for our room to be changed. Unfortunately was then put into a much smaller room, where the bathroom was mouldy on the ceiling. Staff were helpful with the room move, but failed to tell us about any amenities that we could use in the hotel. Breakfast however, was 10/10!

Good hotel with breakfast included. Well situated for relaxing and shopping. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy parking. We'll be back!

Great hotel shame about the air con not working in the hot weather l, although fans were provided and the windows do open wide. Staff friendly and hotel was clean and modern.
