I rented a one bedroom cabin. The bed is a full I think pretty small. Glad my daughter did not come or it would have been a problem. Nice that they allow dogs. Mine is registered but they also allow dogs which is great. The cottage is small too. Not a couch to watch tv on. Just a couple chairs so if you like to do that it would not be good for you. I lived the location. Walk to weirs or up the hill in town to Cumberland farms, that was amazing. The pool was your basic pool. I did not use it. I thought overall for the price it was well worth it. Not the ritz but clean and tv worked and there’s a small fridge and microwave.

Do not bring more than one car, they charge you 20 dollars a day, which is crazy when the whole parking lot was empty. Was told my room was ready, I could check in whenever. Wasn’t told they charge an extra 20 dollars if you check in before 2. Every other place I have stayed at has never charged for early check in.

The best part about this property is that it's walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and beach! It also has an amazing outdoor pool, easy check-in/check-out procedures, and detailed instructions.

Weather was great! Cabin was clean and cozy. No cable tv or Hdmi cable in cabin had to go by one and hook my laptop up. All other people staying there very friendly quiet. Pool was very clean ans lots of table to put your stuff town. Short walk to boardwalk and beach.

Returning customers. We stayed in one of the motel rooms for this visit. Motel was clean and well cared for. Bed comfort was decent. Water pressure in the shower was great. Pool had some hair and bugs floating around but did see them cleaning it later in the day. Restaurants and pier are just a short walk away. Perfect location!!!! I would stay with them again.

Room was very old and not to up to date. Carpet was so crunchy we made sure to not walk barefoot. Air conditioner was from the 70’s and didn’t cool the room. For the price we paid we feel robbed.

My parents and I stayed in one of the one room cottages. Pros: It was very clean and in a prime location, only a short walk from Weirs Beach, the Mount Washington Cruises, and the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The room had a coffee pot and a small refrigerator which was very cold. Cons: The bathroom was small and cramped. My bed was squeaky. Overall it was a great stay and I would come again. The price was reasonable compared to most other places in the area and New Hampshire, as we were there during peak foliage.

There is no contact service, The ice machine was out of order, when I opened the door and there was a strong mildew smell, we opened all the windows, and we both immediately where getting sick, I have asthma, I had to use my rescue inhaler, the furniture is old and dirty, mattress and pillows as well, the one good thing was the bathroom was very clean, great location needs a complete makeover.

Travelocity won't let me post the pictures and I feel like none of this is believable without the pictures 😂 They used a framed greating card for wall decor, it was screwed into the wall through the frame... and upside down. There were also placemats being used for wall decorations. You just can't make this stuff up. If you are looking for a camp vibe, you'll get it when you sit down on the springy old bed. We checked for bed bugs. There were none so I gave them 2 stars. There were also no extra blankets... or anyone at the front to answer the phone. And nothing says budget hotel like sticky grips in the bottom of the tub with nice mildew growth on them! No worries though, they left us exactly two towels! The room is designed for four... But who's counting. You could ask for more, but there's nobody at the front desk to ask so.... Friday night visit. July 2024. Makes sense, why there's nobody at the desk... It's not like it's busy at Weir's Beach in July...

I greatly enjoyed my weekend stay at the cottages! The room was small and cute, and it was extremely clean. Very cozy. I have no complaints, and I'll surely return again in the future.

I never got a text telling me my room was ready and the code to my lockbox, I got “lucky” that there was a staff member there for me to get my key as I was told normally ppl aren’t there. The room was clean but very motel like and smelled musty. We went to a concert, before leaving we cranked the AC, when we returned 7 hours later it was no cooler in the room then when we left it was hot— we decided to go home (1.5hour drive) because it was overall too uncomfortable, so was a waste of money as we never slept there. Sadly would not recommend.

This place was quiet perfect for a 1 night getnaway. Everythung is in walking distance. The only think is the beds are not comfortable. They should be softer. It seems like u are sleeping on a rock.

We did catch the hotel at the end of the summer season, so I’m sure things were slow from that. We stayed in cottage 7. Room was very clean, but there were minor upkeep things that added up to make the stay less than ideal. Our cottage was not level, it sloped down the hill. Sleeping was at a slope, but most noticeable was the shower. Water pooled at the bottom, and you had to squeegee it out at the end to actually scoop it into the drain. Additionally, the doors don’t have a tight seal, so if you expect the in wall air conditioner/heater to keep up with all the heat transfer through the gap in the side, and or the bottom of the door. I understand the ‘cottage vibes’ are important, but installing a door frame that actually allows a door seal will be more efficient for the hotel owners and keep temperature more regulated for the hotel guests. It was the same situation in cottage 5, where others in our party were staying.

We loved the little cottaged which was private and spacious. The futons could use an upgrade but were comfortable for the most part. Our one disappointment was poor TV reception, luckily we had a portable DVD player and movies with us. Overall we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning in the future.

The place is not completely horrible. It's just old. Very old and outdated. It has a motel feel to it even though it was part of a house. If your looking for a place to sleep, this is a sleeping spot but don't expect to sleep soundly as every night, motorcycles would FLY past our house at over 100mph. And of course they are suped up Harley's that rattle everything they pass! The area around the motel was nice. A 3 minute walk to the boardwalk and other attractions make it a nice trip but no one looked forward to trying to fall asleep. Just uncomfortable.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Our coffee maker stopped working and we sent a text and there was a new one on our porch within 10 minutes. All transactions were handled electronically and all communication via text and email. This location is walking distance to several bars and restaurants, the beach, train, shops and a large family arcade. Definitely would recommend and we plan to return.

Came for a weekend get away and couldn't have higher praise for the cottage. We had a deluxe cabin with two bedrooms a full kitchen a living room and a screened in porch. Everything was clean and didn't need to bring much to call it home for a few days. The woman up front was so attentive to any questions we had and was a great addition to our stay. Definitely would recommend

The owners of the property were fantastic and extremely accommodating. We thought we were not going to be able to arrive as originally planned and the owners worked with me to make our arrival and check-in quick and easy! We also asked about spare chairs to take with us to the Block party that was happening and they were so gracious and helpful and loaned a couple of their personal patio chairs to us which made our experience that much more enjoyable!! We would definitely recommend this motel and we will definitely be back!

Very cozy cute looking property with lots of activities nearby. Wanted a place with plenty outdoor activities and this place did the job. Brittany was extremely friendly & attentive & accommodating. Would love to book again in the up coming summers.

Great little cottage. Exactly as advertised. Quick walking distance from the restaurants, beach and pier. Great price especially for your own little private detached setup. Only downside were the comfort level of the beds, but they were clean and so was everything else (might bring a comfort bed top or something next time). That was the only slight criticism, place is great and we will be back. Cannot stress enough what a great location it is.

Location, location, location. If you're attending the Laconia Motorcycle Rally, Weirs Beach Motel and Cottages is great. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, rally events, etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was very clean and Carrie tries to accommodate everyone's wishes. This is our second time staying here and we'll be back again.

We stayed here recently. We rented a 2 room cottage. I was a bit upset that I was charged an additional $30 cleaning fee prior to arrival above and beyond what I had paid on Expedia. When we arrived, there was a unicorn headband, a bunch of raffle tickets and dirty underwear under the bed. Made me wonder if it was even cleaned before I arrived. The cottage next to us had checked out our first day and left their trash on their porch prior to leaving. The sign said”put trash out before noon for pickup” this pile of trash sat there for our entire 2 day stay…. Again I say, additional cleaning fee for what?! All in all, The cottage was cute for what it was, it was simple and a roof over our heads while we enjoyed NH. We weren’t in our cottage much at all. the beds were horribly uncomfortable. We didn’t use the kitchenette at all. But it was small. The pool was nice, kinda small and not heated or anything. They do allow pets with limitations, and a fee. But I’m glad I didn’t bring mine. It’s self check in and check out. Didn’t see management other than to pay the additional cost for the cleaning fee. It wasn’t bad, but it certainly wasn’t a 5 star cottage. I have definitely stayed in nicer cottages in the lakes region area.

Perfect little cottage for a short stay and within walking distance of weirs beach and the strip of restaurants, bars, arcades, etc. comfortably fits 2-3 people with a two double beds. Has a fridge and microwave, small porch with chairs. Would definitely stay here again !

Good location, nice pool. Poorly stocked for essentials. No kitchen towels or oven mits. Had to use faceclothes to get food in and out of the oven. Furniture was horrible, dated and torn. Nice veranda to enjoy.
